We are sorry that you were disappointed with the result in that you had to follow up with your own GP to obtain a prescription for your requested medication. In some cases, a physical examination is required for certain medications. In these instances, to ensure that your best care remains the No.1 Priority, our doctors will refer you to your regular GP. We do appreciate this can be a little frustrating, but we only do this to ensure that your best medical needs are looked after appropriately.

It is so easy
It is so easy. I much prefer that that driving 5 km to the doctor surgery and waiting for over an hour before seeing the doctor. Doctor surgery here doesn’t open until 9.30am and I was able to call Vhi after 7am
And it’s so much cheaper

Very efficient service
Very efficient service, I was given plenty of time to discuss my issue and my prescription was ready when I called into my nominated pharmacy. Great service, will use again!

Good experience except the doctor…
Good experience except the doctor didn’t give me a diagnosis. He prescribed a cream but didn’t give me an indication of the cause of the illness I have.
