Similar to the other reviews, I’d give zero stars if I could. I was delivered what is clearly a wrong product. I ordered a 10.5 tog duvet but got the thinnest, poorly filled goose feather duvet. I’ve sent emails without any success. What is disappointing is that I’ve bought from the company before a few times via Amazon and been completely satisfied but the first time I’ve bought directly, I’ve been effectively scammed. I’ll keep trying to get my money back but not hopeful.

Duvet had such a strong revolting odour that made it not only unusable but also impossible to even have in the house. I returned it as instructed and 2 months after they received it have still not had a refund nor will they answer my messages. This company sells goods that are unfit for purpose and will not issue refunds when the goods are returned. Avoid at all costs. How can they be allowed to carry on trading?

Strongly advise not giving this company any of your money. We ordered some faux suede bedding via Amazon which we then returned at our own expense due to the colour being wrong. Despite proof of delivery, one month later we had still not received a refund. We constantly rang the number supplied but no one ever answers it. In the end we have managed to get a refund via Amazon. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute Joke ! Do not use this company. Ordered a rug which looked nothing like the picture, was a large rug and came folded in two and very tightly packed, no way were the creases coming out. Paid extra £4.95 for specified delivery day but was delivered earlier than arranged and left on the drive on a busy road. Returned the item but no correspondence to say received , wouldn’t respond to emails or telephone calls, thankfully Amazon stepped and eventually refund was given … Avoid this company

Worst quality scam company sent the item back and they refused to refund me. Amazon being useless, it shows that they've received the item but just refused to refund. The bed. She corners were in different places. It was rubbish

Received a grey rug which is undersized and has white streaks covering 1 quarter of the rug. 4 days of messaging resulted in them giving false information, and no acknowledgement of the issues.
Take a risk purchasing from this company.

Ordered on Amazon and returned due to colour. Non responsive seller hiding behind Amazon who won’t refund me as my Royal Mail proof of postage doesn’t show how much the return postage cost was what an absolute joke!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company basically steals your money and need to be investigated by trading standards. I ordered a bed base wrap via Amazon but I did not like it so I returned it. That was a month ago but still no refund. They do not answer the phone and ignore messages. Amazon seem to have finally stopped selling their goods but they are not responding to any of my messages either - shame on you Amazon - you used to be so good at sorting out returns. I have tried to get a chargeback on my credit card but they will not pay as I did not send the parcel tracked! I did get proof of postage but this is not enough proof! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I only lost £20 but others have lost a lot more. Viceroy if you see these reviews do the right thing and give people back their money.

This 'company' must be avoided at all cost. As I have discovered, to my cost.
Ordered a duvet, 12th November, and the money has been taken from my account.
Since then, absolutely nothing! No acknowledgment of the order, no delivery, NOTHING!
Don't waste your time trying to call them either, they will not answer, nor will they respond to emails or contact requests via their website.
I did get one reply and that was via Amazon's 'ask the seller' feature. I pretended to be interested in the duvet I had just 'bought'. They replied to that rather quickly, but when I asked them about my actual purchase, radio silence!
Have raised a dispute with my card provider, so hopefully will get my money back eventually.

I ordered 2 - All Seasons single duvets at cost £96
No confirmation of receipt of my order. No response to repeated emails requesting my goods.
No one answers their phone either. I shall need to contact my Bank to requested a reverse charge and hope I can get my money back.
Advise against using this company. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Exactly the same as everyone else, returned costing me 19 pound and radio silence no refund no reply to emails absolutely 100 percent scammers . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOW LIFE COMPANY😡

Avoid at all cost purchased a rug off eBay tried to return and everything went silence

Topper was £70 - disintegrated within weeks and have ignored all emails and attempts to contact them. Returned the topper and months later no refund or acknowledgment despite tracking successful delivery of the returned item

As with with all the other reviews, I returned an item at my cost. No refund, no acknowledgement, I have the POD. I have mailed three times with all the docs. Thieves. Now for Amazon for enabling them...

Bought a Rug which was nothing like advertised, even the sizing was incorrect. Sent it back for a refund, had to pay my own postage of £12.95. NO REFUND has been given to me. I have proof that they have received it back. They are ignoring my emails!!!

Ordered some curtains from here, and then read Trustpilot. 🙈

Contacted my bank as could see that I may have made a mistake on ordering from here, and received a refund for my order.

I did however get an email from 'Ian', who gave me some gumpf about the website not relaying what had been ordered and to send him details of the item and it would be sent out. I did receive an Amazon tracking number on 10th July, and was told item would be with me in 1-2 working days. It never arrived, and to this day (22nd July) on tracking the item, it just says label printed.

Don't order anything from here. You won't get your item.

Thieves and scammers. Returned my parcel unopened with their very expensive delivery service (it was an Amazon van BTW) and the parcel was never returned. Impossible to know whether the delivery man stole it or the company are scammers or incompetent... thought would suggest both. Hsbc is still fighting over the refund, months later. Guess what. The company CAN reply to a formal bank notification. Don't expect ANY other communications or refunds or changes to order though. What a joke. Just steer well clear of this company.

Diabolical! As others have stated they are a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a rug (via Amazon) and had to return it as it was damaged in transit. I placed another order as I assumed it would be straightforward and I'd have my refund within a few days.
The time taken to deliver is ridiculous too, over a week both times.
They received the rug back within two days however almost a month later they still haven't refunded my money. They also will not respond to any messages, Amazon has been no help whatsoever, it stated on the return info that I should have had my refund by 29th April, I've had several Amazon chats but they have all said the same, in some circumstances, it can take up to a month for refunds to be issued. They won't do anything to help until the month is up which is on the 23rd May.
This company should definitely not be a part of Amazon marketplace. I wonder why Viceroy has not claimed their business profile on Trustpilot.........?

Ordered a 100% Egyptian Cotton, 200tc fitted sheet via Amazon.
Upon opening, it was obvious straight away that it was not Egyptian Cotton. I look for a label, the only one I could find stated the product was 50% cotton and 50% Polyester!
I contacted the seller who came back within 24 hours to say the warehouse must have packed the wrong product and to return the item for a full refund or replacement, however, I had to pay the return postage costs.
I then tried to call them via the telephone, they don’t appear to answer any calls.
I finally went back to Amazon to complain and report the seller, they issued a full refund.
Very poor customer services, will not buy from this seller again.
