Really weird communication from this company. Took about a week to ship my order at which point I received a shipping confirmation email. The next day I received an email saying I was getting a refund for both of the products I ordered because they were no longer in stock. I’m still very confused about whether my order has shipped or about whether I won’t be receiving it. And when I go to their website to see whether the shoes are out of stock on there, they’re not and in theory I could re-order them in the exact same sizes. Very poor and very confusing user experience with this company.

When I finally received a reply, they’d confirmed that my order had in fact been cancelled and that they were out of stock (even though the items were still showing as being in stock).

EDIT: It is a week later and it just happened AGAIN. While the shoes I tried to order originally did disappear from the website, another style I was interested that had not been available before was now showing on their products page. So I ordered two pairs. Again, I received the shipping confirmation and AGAIN two days after receiving the shipping confirmation I got an email saying the shoes were out of stock and that my order was cancelled and being refunded.

There are several things I don’t understand here: (1) I don’t understand how their inventory systems aren’t connected to their web systems so that if something is out of stock, it actually shows up as out of stock online. It’s 2026. It’s very basic technology. Every other retailer, including small independent businesses can do it, so I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for Vibram, (2) Why is a shipping confirmation going out if nothing has been shipped???

There’s clearly a significant breakdown in their order management system and real-time inventory synchronization, which makes for an unfortunately terrible experience for the customer. They really need to get their act together. I certainly won’t be dealing with this company again.

Sizing is off between models it’s so…

Sizing is off between models it’s so annoying. How could it be possible that 1 shoe type fits me perfect and then i get another pair different type/model in the same size and it’s unbearably tight. Then the 6 week return period is great, but have to wait till they approve the return first. If they’re going to sell shoes where the sizes aren’t consistent, then the least they could do is offer half sizes. Anyway i’m leaving a 3 star review because my other pair does fit great but these new ones didn’t.

I bought this pair last year size 40…

I bought this pair last year size 40 but it was too small because now I know the shoes run small.
I learned my lesson, bought another model size 41 perfect.
Now I am buying again the same model that’s I couldn’t wear and gave away in size 41 but they are still too small.
It is a pity because I love them but how am I supposed to guess different shoe size per model.
They are not cheap and I need to pay for delivery fees and returns fees while sizing doesn’t make sense.
I am really disappointed.

Love the Trailope

amazing amazing shoes, i've been wanting for these to come back into stock for years. i'm so happy i have them i bought all three colors bc im tweaked out for these shoes.
these are very true to size. and they well form to your feet over time definitely shoes you have to break in but they're so worth it. i would buy these in so many colors. my favorite shoes to throw on and one of the only ones in my shoe rotation. also such a staple and big talking point. the amount of looks and compliments is insane. i love the attention LMAO
also i wear usually a 6.5 and i got a sz 37 so they're perfect

A System for returns is not in Place in…

A System for returns is not in Place in my opinion. Paying Shipping costs on your own behalf is ridiculous in 2026 and the process feels very old and unorganized. This buying experience will not make me order again at your website.

I enjoy the shoes very much

I enjoy the shoes very much! I notice a difference in my workouts already. The shipping was pretty fast. I think they fit pretty comfortably. I am usually a 8.5-9 in sneakers. I ordered the Size according to its size chart; which I believe was a 40.

I bought the 5 fingers ballerina flats…

I bought the 5 fingers ballerina flats and used the sizing guide and measured my feet length against the wall as recommended. I like a snug fit so I ordered something that fitted just about and it is perfect. Super happy to have bought them! Delivery came without a problem nicely packaged with DHL.

Ordering was simple & tip for sizing

Ordering was simple, and shipping was quick, with about a week turnaround.

I really enjoy my Vi-B Eco. I used the suggested sizing and measured from my heel to my big toe. I am a US size 8 and ordered a size 39, which fits fine. My middle toes don't fill the slot, but this doesn't cause me discomfort when wearing them. I could try a 38 for the future, but they would need to stretch to my feet.

Good for days with light walking, not much discomfort even after hours. Takes some time to adjust to having toes all in one slot. Will order again. Thanks
