The shoes look nice and are visually…

The shoes look nice and are visually appealing. Unfortunately, for this price, the craftsmanship is disappointing – there are uneven stitches, and the material around some of the toes sits awkwardly and looks untidy. I expected a much higher level of finishing quality at this price point.

I love vibram five fingers

I love vibram five fingers. These pair is my third pair and of course i am gonna buy again. Shipment took a bit long but when i asked they replied very quickly explaining that they have big volume of shipments and thats why they were late. Thanks

The product itself is nice

The product itself is nice. However the sizing is off. I’ve got my usual size - need to mention that I have another pair in the same size), however they were too tight and it’s quite hard to return them and repurchase given the delivery’s fees

Hole in shoe, no help!

I have tried to contact customer service regarding the hole in my shoe and had no response for over a week. I’ve had my shoes for 1 month, this is completely unacceptable. Does the customer service team not exist? I should have checked reviews before I bought the shoes because i’m seeing this is a regular issue. If this isn’t dealt with soon I will be reporting this company to trading standards!!

High price for a shoe that didn’t last a month

Very disappointed in what would have been an amazing experience. My girlfriend bought me a pair for the gym that were advertised as a gym model. I loved everything about them.
….But after a month I noticed the fabric separating from the inside of my big toe where it meets the sole. Since it had literally been less than 30 days I figured it had to be manufacturer defect since a $170 pair of shoes made for the gym shouldn’t be falling apart.
Unfortunately, Vibram will not help with wear and tear (even if the wear and tear is unreasonable). Since the website literally directs you to repair stores, it’s very obvious this is a known issue that many others have experienced. So here I am now 3 months in with holes that cause my toes to protrude from the shoes on both feet. I’d stop wearing them but they are my only gym shoes now and I shouldn’t have to pay to have them repaired this soon.
If these shoes can’t hold up for 4 weeks, then you shouldn’t be charging nearly $200 for them. I shouldn’t even be having this issue after 12 weeks.
Aside from my disappointment my girlfriend is also super upset for feeling like she got me a birthday present that didnt last and wasted her money on them. You should do the right thing and either build them better or inlcude unreasonable wear and team in warranty.

Sizing inaccuracy!

I’m extremely disappointed in the sizing inaccuracies. Having seen many reviews it seems many customers are also dealing with this same issue. Being that this product is now sold out I am stuck with a too small shoe. There needs to be consistency or a note notifying people to size up. It’s a super cute shoe however I’m disappointed in my first purchase!

Graspifier Vibram

I love my new Graspifier Vibram five finger toe shoes! I ordered them May 22, 2026 and within 5 days they were delivered! They fit snug like a bug and my feet and toe mobility is improving just within the first few days of jumping right into wearing them everyday. I’m very satisfied, however, I also ordered 3 pair of mini crew socks and 1 single sock had a little hole on day 1 of wearing them, that’s was a bit upsetting.

I always have size 39 in all my shoes…

I always have size 39 in all my shoes but these ones are too small. Also have 39 in other vibram shoes. Had to return them.

I didn't see what I was after on the…

I didn't see what I was after on the website, so I wrote an email to Customer Support, telling them waht I was looking for. They recommended the perfect shoe. I love them!

Perfection

I have always had an aversion to shoes. I purchased Vibram 5 finger shoes for work, which would not allow me to wear them. So I used them to kayak. Last winter in 30 & 40 degrees weather, they were the solution to not getting frostbite at the beach, 2 or 3 pairs of socks over my vibrams. Last year I wore them hiking in the Smoky Mountains, even to the top of Mount Le Conte. It was like barefooting the trails!
I love my shoes, they have made so many experiences a joy

Vibram has the WORST customer service

Vibram has the WORST customer service. Takes days to hear back from them and not helpful at all. Communication skills are awful and the site itself has doesn’t load properly. It’s hard to find past orders to return. No one is helpful through this company.

Sizing guide is off

Sizing guide is off. Idk why they can’t fix that. I’m a size 6.5 women so I ordered size 7 (37) and they are too tight on my feet. I sized up half size, as suggested and still to small which is so upsetting
