Total Scam! Vevo hearing refund policy is a lie! They don’t give back your money! if the product doesn’t fit or not useable you’re stuck with it! Because they will not provide you with their return address to ship it back for a refund! This way their bank can states that the product was never returned to vevo hearing. That how they get to keep your money! No use in disputing your claim with your credit card company! It’s impossible to provide a tracking receipt if there’s no return address from Vevo Hearing!

Ordered two hearing aids and paid for them. They arrived but totally unusable. Advised vevo and requested reFund and instructions on how to send them back. Wwas told to keep them and a refund would be forthcoming. Two months After and still no refund. Doubt will see any money. Total scam.

Stay away. Ordered over two months ago they took my money. No product sent and they do not respond to emails. Their phone number is non operational. Complete scam!!!

Ordered vevo hearing aid, they charged my credit card. They never sent anything. I canceled the order and they promised a refund in a few business days. 6 weeks later no refund. They don't answer my emails....no wonder BBB gives them a "F" rating.

I ordered X2 hearing aids? in early June, I did receive them but couldn't wear them even without domes- they were simply too big for my ear canals.I ask d to return them for a refund. Was told to keep them and they would organise my refund, that was on 27th June 2020. Have had no response, even after sending a few emails to the company. I agree about the advertising which looks like its from States, but the articles arrived from China.
Don't suppose I'll see my money. Thankfully I declined all battery purchases, otherwise I would have been even more out of pocket.

Ripped off again - worked initially but not again - bought heaps of batteries may as well throw away - wish me luck for a response - I’ll bet they don’t HEAR ME !!!

I ordered two hearing aids from Vevo Hearing in June 2020. They duly arrived in August 2020 and appeared to be a good purchase, however, with constant use I found that the battery doors had become very loose and eventually broke altogether. I have contacted Vevo through their web site and through facebook several times to request a replacement or refund several times and have had no response from them. Seems that I have been scammed. I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering then I would have stayed away from this company. Now I am out of pocket and have two hearing aids that I can not use. Please, if you read this and other reviews before purchasing any products, stay away from this scamming company.

I ordered for a pair of vevo hearing aids in June 2020 and received the consignment in August 2020. Upon testing and usage, they are mere amplifiers and could make someone 100% deaf. The surrounding noise was enormous and they did PURELY NOTHING to aid my hearing.
I have written them(including Sarah) on more than 5 occasions but no single response. VEVOHEARING are real scammers and dupers.
I advise other people NOT to deal with them. To buy hearing aids next time I'd prefer to go through established online markets.

I ordered and paid £124-00 to this company in June 2020, I recieved NOTHING!!!Never, EVER, order from this company!they've even had the nerve to ask me how they did!Although I appreciate the money paid is not a lot but it is to me, very dissapointed

I'd rather give a minus. Scam company. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.

I ordered the hearing aid in July 2020, it never arrived. I tried to contact them for a refund with no success. Unfortunately I did not pay with PayPal as I normally do but used my bank. After many weeks, still no response, they should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered these things and waited weeks before they arrived. I thought hey where shipped from USA, wrong they come directly from you guessed it, China. They are junk and I contacted them and weeks later someone sent me a email that they are going to process my refund. That was 12 weeks ago( 3 months). What else can I say about this junk or the SCAM these people are perpetrating on us American consumers. DO NOT TRUST anything that comes from that country it is mostly inferior junk!!

Took few weeks to arrive. Sound was ok from aid but didnt stay in my ear with smaller domes on and with larger domes it hurts and causes headache. Customer service very poor as i sent message on vevo site and twice by email before i got a response to say they going to refund. That was a month ago and still no refund.

I ordered the hearing aids because of their guarantee. I tried to cancel cause it was taking so long but it had already been shipped. I tried to wearing them but hurt my ears so I sent email to try to return them and get refund. I received an email from them saying that I did not need to return them and they would stand behind their guarantee and refund my money. That was 6/7/2020 and it is now 9/1/2020 and still no refund. I keep sending emails but get no response.

I definitely got scammed by this company too. The product didn't fit well in my ears at first until I tried a different small tip. However it still stuck out a tiny bit. I had them in my ears for about 1-2 hrs and my ears ended up aching and giving me a headache. They amplified every sound and I had it on the lowest possible volume setting. I immediately told them the issues I had and asked for a refund. On July 25, the day after I received the product and made the refund request, they agreed to give it to me. I contacted them 3 times in the past 5 weeks, and 2 weeks ago, they said I would get my refund "in the next business days." What does that mean? Next business day, next 10 business days, next few business days? No specific time frame. 5 weeks and 2 days since they agreed to a refund, and reading all negative reviews here with same issues, I now realize I will never get my $116 back. I should have found these complaints sooner before ordering on June 19th. At least I received the product a month after ordering it. I am just glad I didn't buy a warranty or batteries which are more quantity and cheaper on Amazon in comparison to their discounted price. Total rip-off.

I have had a similar experience. Not able to fit the hearing aids in my ears, using any of their methods, or domes, the whistling is loud, and uncomfortable. Took ages to reach me, I tried immediately to use their product, I wrote and wrote to them, and still no refund for batteries and aids. Very poor. I want my guaranteed money back now please. Ordered at the beginning of July, it is now the beginning of September, still haven’t seen the hearing aids, or a refund.

i was told i would definately get my money back last week,nothing in my account,not answering my emails,goes back to june,disscusting treating customers this way,i need and want my money NOW.i have emailed over 30 times and only replied to me three,bad service,never ever been treated this bad off any company before,

I ordered two hearing aids in late May, from what I thought was a California-based company. At the beginning of June, I received a shipment confirmation from China and was immediately billed. I diligently followed the tracking information, which first indicated "in transit", then "item is at the shippers warehouse" and finally "no tracking info". At the end of June, I requested a refund. After days of silence, I was told that a "ticket" had been created to find out what had happened to my order. After more silence, I disputed the charge with my credit card company to obtain a refund. This company does not deliver. I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering and saved myself wasted time and aggravation.
