The hearing aid stopped working and despite paying for the 3 year warranty after trying to contact vevo through email and from their customer services, having sent numerous of both I have still not had a reply from them. Money wasted

I only put one star so that l could print how bad this company is as l wouldn’t give them a star at all. I’ve had the same experience as all the other reviews. I was not happy with my purchase after ordering the hearing aids and a year supply of batteries. About 2 months for the hearing aids to come and 4 months for the batteries. After loads of emails back and forth l never did receive a refund. I’ve tried going through the bank but they want invoices etc which you don’t have ordering these on line, so l have given up now.

Total scam company! Mine broke 3 weeks after getting them. They DO NOT respond to emails and their phone number ALWAYS says, “The mailbox is full. Call again later.”

Save your money .dont get scammed .....No refund still over 3 months ago. would not reccomend to buy ********and have had no response other then was my query resolved which had no response to that when said no.Do not buy

I am a pensioner and don't own my own home and am renting, so my husband and I live from pension to pension. Through this corona virus pandemic we received the government subsidie and because my husband is very deaf we decided to order the hearing aids and a spare plus batteries, all totalling nearly $400. This is a lot of money for anyone let alone pensioners who live from pension to pension. Knowing that postage takes longer because of the pandemic, I was very patient but after waiting for 6 weeks or more I emailed the company four times asking when I could expect to get my delivery and a tracking number, I have never received my goods or any response from this unscrupulous company. I am completely devastated and want to warn others not to trust these people. I have now gone to my bank to recover my money.

I bought 2 hearing aids which were not suitable. They said they didn’t want them returning but would give me a refund. Despite several emails to them I have not received a refund.

So pissed off with this company. Order a hearing aid in June, arrived in August. Decided to order batteries and domes in August. They took my money but have yet to receive my order as of today October 5th. Sent them several emails. No replies. Called customer service, no answer and mail box full. Got home today and husband informed me the hearing aid stopped working. This company is no good. BE AWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM VEVO HEARING AID. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Ordered hearing aid back in June 2020 , the product did not meet expectations , and was not suitable. I approached the company explaining the problem in detail, and asked for details to return the aids and request for full refund, was told they standby there advert love them or hate them will send full refund and don’t want aids back . As of 4th of October 2020 I’ve not received a Refund and no answers to my 7 Emails. Do not purchase these hearing aids is my advise .

Product ordered for my Mum. Arrived worked for a few hours thought battery at fault purchased batteries (uk) the device works for a few hours and then dies.
Refund requested they answered 2 e mails offered replacement or refund. Refund requested but of course never arrived, now chasing a return address to pursue through Visa but no answer from them.
Please do not under any circumstances buy from this company

I ordered Vevo hearing aids and had trouble since day one. I went on their website and requested help but no reply came. I wrote again on their website but have been ignored. I have tried calling 3 times but the message always says "Mailbox full, call back later". I am upset with the lack of response from Vevo. I requested a refund but have not heard anything from them. Do NOT buy from this company. My experience has been frustrating and I'm out the $$ I paid. Guarantee means nothing.

Nothing less than a scam.
I reviewed this company a month ago and still not received my order, now over 2 months waiting. No response to emails requesting information on the purchase and finally no refund of my £60.03. My bank is now involved to recover the payment. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered two hearing aids and paid for them. They arrived but totally unusable. Advised vevo and requested a refund and instructions on how to send them back. I was told to keep them and a refund would be forthcoming. Four months after and hundreds of emails sent on a daily basis no refund has been received. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before parting with my money.
What a scam, totally deplorable.

The 90 day money back guarantee means nothing to this scam company,i've E mailed them several times and do not get a reply,Buyers BEWARE do not touch VEVO HEARING with a barge pole,OH yes, i even bought the insurance for £16's, more fool me ,just BEWARE .

This company should be put out of business if it already isn't. I ordered hearing aids in July, and have never received. I have sent numerous emails, and tried to call. Never a response-but of course they charged my card.
WHAT CRAP!

Ordered £88 worth of hearing aid and batteries June and July 2020 ... heard nothing despite repeated emails ... I did receive one aid I ordered in May and it works fine... something has caused this firm to do this has these non deliveries are recent ... the scam is why are they continuing to trade and not responding to complaints... my bank is now involved so be warned as of now September 21st 2020 they seem to have literally disappeared

Absolutly a scam and fraud company. The US Attorney General should look into this company taking consumers money with no product sent and no return communication. Elderly citizens living on tight budget should not loose money with this fradulant company. We need to investigate and charge these people with criminal charges and return hard earned seniors money who have worked hard to support this country. Its time to support the losses our seniors suffer.

This company is a scam I purchased 2hearing aids and within 2months both had stopped working. I emailed my problem to Vevo they said they stand by their policy of faulty goods we return your money. That was 6 weeks ago no further contact. Take notice they are scammers don't give them your money. R.Edwards

This company is absolutely criminal.. I ordered a set and never received them. I got a single response after 2 months, saying they would look into it. Nothing since. I filed a report with BBB and Vevo never responded to them either. Thieves!

I have worn prescription hearing aids for 30 years but needed a cheaper, over-the-counter pair of hearing amplifiers for work on a construction site. Tried the Vevo devices and they were crap from day one. Devices cut in and out, squealed and chirped. I know hearing aids and was willing to give these a try so I changed batteries and such, to no avail. As so many others have said here, these devices are pure rubbish. Do NOT buy them. I bought BLJ amplifiers instead and they are excellent. Also, as others have said, I have sent four requests for a refund and.... crickets. Vevo has yet to respond.
