My dog was diagnosed with mast cell tumors this summer. Our oncologist wanted to start her on Masivet. I am located in the US and unfortunately, masivet lost its FDA approval in 2017. The amount of red tape and hoops I had to jump through searching for a pharmacy that would ship it to me was truly exhausting. I am so thankful I found Vet Dispense. I received her medication in FOUR DAYS! Four days for shipping from the UK to the US is almost unheard of without paying an exorbitant fee which I did not. There were no issues with customs either which is impressive on its own. The medication came packaged well and vet Dispense sent me frequent updates with each movement through the postal system. Thanks to them, I can finally treat Luna's cancer. They have literally saved her life.

I have used Vetdispense for a year now with my dogs librella prescription and cannot fault them. They are competitive in price and the delivery, which needs to be kept cold and have someone at home to receive it has worked well every time as they send it on the day I request. Uploading prescriptions is also so simple! I would not hesitate to recommend.

My pets prescription is always filled promptly and shipped to the US in a timely manner. Overall a much cheaper and efficient method as opposed to purchasing in the US.

Always trust vetdispence to arrive well packaged as needs to be at a certain temperature for librella. Delivery date also very prompt and tracked .

Received a email shows the order was shipped on Monday 21st. But I have not yet received anything by Thursday 24th. So I contacted customer service to check what is going on. The customer service Asta only gave me a tracking number without any apology. Then I told Asta that Royal Mail shows they haven’t got the package after checking on their web. Asta said I should order earlier if the medicine is running out. That’s a really bad experience about the dispatch time and customer service. Finally, I received a notification from Royal Mail about they just got my package today 24th. That’s mean they may not sent if I haven’t chased them. What a shame! They sent a email claimed “SHIPPED” is fake! Not everyone is sitting at home and waiting for delivery until received it.
I received an email which was asking for signed prescription on 20th, and I resend the correct one at the same day. No excuse to send order late for 4days anyway.

I have record for our conversation, please don’t lie. What you told me is “I can see it was shipped on Tuesday as the Vet had to recheck the second prescription.”. However Royal Mail shows that they’re still expecting the package on Thursday 24th midday.

I requested a 2hr window for delivery of librella on the order notes. A employee from Vet dispense rang and told me this wasn’t possible but that the order would be delivered by 1pm the following day. I stayed in until 1pm (missing work) the following day and there was no delivery. When I rang VD they said that the Royal Mail status was that someone had attempted delivery (I was in- no doorbell rang, no knock on the door, no delivery note left) and that the delivery I had paid extra for was to be by 1pm the following day- I explained my dissatisfaction w the service and stated as VD had the contract w RM I would expect them to follow it up w a complaint to them. I was told that ‘it wouldn’t make a difference and RM was a large faceless co.’ The next day I stayed in again and when the parcel was delivered at 11am I went and spoke to the RM delivery man (he was apparently different than the previous days delivery man) who said that the co. that contracted should complain to RM. I rang VD again and requested this and asked for a follow up- I have not received any further follow up from VD (over 2 wks ago)
