Massive price hike for prescription refill. Website not updated with christmas timetable left my boy suffering over christmas and new year
Bought first prescription a few days before christmas as I was desperate for medication that wasn't in stock at my vets until new year. The website promised quick delivery (usually next day or 48 hours), nothing about not sending anything between christmas and new year. It was £101.78. I had one refill on the prescription. 28th December i joined their webchat asking when it would be delivered and whether they had even got the prescription. They were abrupt and didn't seem to care saying they are processing orders on 28th. Very cold. No understanding or apology this had not been added to the website. They ended the chat. I had to use them for my one refill, exactly the same medication had increased in price by over 26%!!!! It was now £128 just one month later. It's not been a great experience.
I absolutely did not "miss" anything about the christmas delivery on the website. There was none. I read every word in the FAQ section just in case it was in the small print. There was nothing and this exactly why I chose your company as I thought it would be dispatched the next working day. Shameful trying to blame me.

Dear Ms Caplin. You must have missed our Christmas dispatch message. I can see that you ordered on the evening of the 23rd and your order was shipped as soon as we opened on the 28th.
Regarding the price increase, I can see that your orders were indeed placed one month apart, however, the manufacurer of Atopica increased the price during this time. We have absolutely no control over how Elanco set their prices and we must pass on manufacturers' price increases given our low margins.

Very patient helpful staff and very quick despatch of medication - even on a Sunday which was brilliant and I was very grateful for, and they still manage to be cheaper than other suppliers, this is the third time I've used vet dispense and every time has been the same so I know they are honest, great and reliable, wouldn't hesitate to continue using and highly recommend to other pet owners.

Prompt and efficient
I've ordered 3 times from Vetdispense now and each time it has arrived within 2 days of order. Much quicker service than other online pharmacies. The drugs are slightly dearer, but I'm willing to pay that for a better service.

You have repeatedly asked our agent for a discount and swear at her when she explains we cannot discount your order. We do not understand why you keep asking for discount and then leaving 1-star reviews without ever actually ordering anything. Your reviews are not reflecting our actual service, only your expectation that we should give you a discount for some reason.
We have provided the chat history to Trustpilot in which you swear at our chat agent at 09:16 this morning and called her "D*ckhead". No-one deserves to work in an environment like that.

Very quick delivery
I placed my order online and I emailed Vetdispense with my Vet's prescription, with my order number & a note stating that I needed it by a certain date. This was because my dog needed treatment quickly. I was so happy the turnaround was so quick! Good communications throughout the process.
