Kelly Hough contacted us about setting up life insurance. She was very good at explaining and looking at different suitable options for us. She was clear and well spoken and also patient.

I spoke with laura niles today from hug life and she helped me to switch my life insurance and critical illness cover to the best deal possible and explained the differences in my upgrade. Laura is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and made me feel like my questions were not silly. I would highly recommend this company if you want to know exactly what you are paying for!

I had a call from Oliver Wilson from Hug Life to discuss our current insurance policies and to see if they could get us a better deal especially as our situation had changed. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best policies for our needs and deal for us. He explained everything clearly from the start. He also called back at the agreed times. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for life insurance.

Helen Brierley was amazing explained everything so you understood terms and there was no pressure to go ahead with anything if you didn't want . She made it 1-1 like she knew you not just a person at the end of the phine

Life Insurance is something we all have but dont pay much attention to. It was nice to have the document reviewed by William Redgrave and the young lady who initiated the call. William was polite, respectful of my time, had a good sense of humour when asking
questions and very patient when listening to my answers.

Explanations were given clearly and direct. Anything that i didnt understand, William broke down with examples that i could connect with in everyday life.

It was nice to be able to chat without being bombarded with policy jargon. One thing that really stood out about William, waa the way that the costings of the Life Insurance was calculated. At no time did I feel pressured for a 'hard sell' . William suggested plans that were not only suitable for me but my finances too. It makes a refreshing change to find a company like that, but then what can you expect from a company called 'Hug Life'.

I am wary to recommend organisations to others, but i will in this instance. Lets hope the excellent service continues.
