Was able to finally have a conversation due my busy schedule I missed alot of calls. Went through my plan effortlessly, everything was described to the dots. Such a pleasant call with Helen Brierley. Made a long dull process very interesting with her bubbly character.

She made the whole process as quick and as easy as possible she’s didn’t cut any corners and explained everything so clearly for me to understand. I first used Hug life a couple of years ago, Laura was exceptional then, and due to a change of circumstances I reached out to her again because I was really pleased with her service, she goes through everything in depth and the best part is you can tell that she is smiling when she is on the phone with you
