This review asks "Tell us more about your experience" In a word "Charlie" Charlie is the salesman at Vertu Nissan who led me on my car buying experience, I nonchalantly called Charlie out of the blue one Friday afternoon in October and said I was interested in a Juke within a half an hour I was in the showroom having been picked up by Charlie, and being show around the Nissan Juke my car of choice now I was recovering from a serious road accident at this time hence new car and `Charlie was empathetic throughout the process and at no time was he pushy or urgent, he just gently took his time and carefully went through the process with me, within an hour I had signed on the dotted line for a brand new Magnetic Blue Nissan Juke Tekna.
Car ordered and looking at early November For delivery. Unfortunately due to my insurers there was an issue that meant I could not pick my car up on November 7th and had to wait while my insurance company "Direct Line" decided if they were going to insure my new car, Charlie called once to appraise me of the situation as well as calling the insurers and "geeing" them on, the important thing was he did'nt keep phoning me up up or texting every 5 minutes or emailing every other day so I was left in peace.
So finally the big day arrived and I went to collect my new car, it was gorgeous a beautiful piece of kit in "Magnetic Blue" Charlie took the trouble to sit in the passenger seat and explain every button and control carefully and in a way that an old man, Me, could easily understand, he did not rush as most salesmen do when you buy anything and made you feel you were the only person he had to deal with today, a wonderful experience and my only regret is, no doubt Charlie will have moved on and up next time I need a new car and I will have to deal with someone new.

I purchased a Nissan Juke from an excellent salesman Bruno Correia who treated us in a way that anyone would like to be dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we eventually purchased also very helpful and polite and kind.

Was looked after really well by Johnny in the used car sales team, and Paul the used car manager. They were flexible in their dealings with me as I was unsure whether to part exchange or not, and allowed me time to make that decision. Very happy with the car I bought, and the service I received.

From the start of the process, selecting and ordering the vehicle, to collection, Sam was went above and beyond my expectations. Up dates were always on time and the initial personalised video to discuss the vehicle test drive was a brilliant idea. She took time to explain the many levels of technology in the vehicle on the test drive and upon collection made fully sure I understood everything or had any questions before I drove away in my Qashqai E Power. Finlay the sales associate was excellent at communicating with me about the Nissan Juke that I wanted purchase. The customer service was outstanding because he made me feel valued for my custom. When the delivery of the car was delayed and I decided to collect it. He picked me up from the station and filled the car with petrol! A small touch that was very appreciated.

I have bought my last 5 cars from Vertu Motors. They are efficient, understanding and fair. My latest car is exactly the model I wanted and importantly the colour I wanted and at the price I wanted.
