I have the upline 2 its only 12 weeks old and the strap that holds the bag snapped so I contacted them via live chat who then gave me the email to contact which I did straight away. I sent the email along with a picture and within 1 hour I had a reply and told replacement straps were being sent out next day. Now thats what you call excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service! This is the second time I have had to contact them for to replacements for my travel system that I have owned for 3 years, due to my own fault! And both times they have responded super quickly and have been able to get me exactly what I need. The ladies I have spoken to have always been super polite, patient and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Venicci to anybody!

At kiddies kingdom Dewsbury for Venicci show to relook at the Hunter pram set loaded with lots of questions vs the bugabee 5 - Harry was a god send, knowledge for the industry was rain man level! Cleared all questions and happily got the hunter in green even though he rated the bugabee so highly!

I visited the baby show on Saturday with no idea on the pushchair/travel system we would like or need. Kate and Gary were beyond excellent and really helped make our minds up after choosing our gorgeous pram from Venicci. They both knew all the answers to our questions and without a doubt were the reason we purchased. Thank you ever so much.

Kate took the time to talk us through all the different features and options across the various prams, answering all of our questions and making sure we fully understood what was available. Gary was so helpful and put in a lot of time showing us the different features and attachments. Venicci upline 3 16 piece set is great, comes with everything you could need.

Had a great experience at the show today at sanddown park. Gary was the most helpful person we met at the show. He took the time to explain everything to us and was incredibly knowledgeable. Look out for him at the Venicci stand!!!

We spoke with Katie at the Esher toddler and baby show and she was so helpful! Did a fabulous demonstration which led to us getting the hunter x Venicci set and even went further to recommend car seats for a second car. No question was too big! Thank you so much to a lovely lady!

Kate made our experience absolutely lovely. She showed us all the features of the pram and explained everything in detail. She was warm and welcoming and took her time to answer all our questions. It convinced us to buy the product!

Thankyou to Harry at the Venicci stall at the baby and toddler event in Surrey I was able to chose the pram I liked! This is my first child and I have no idea on what’s good but harry perfectly explained the difference between prams and I settled for the Upline 3 bundle in sand which is beautiful and I was able to test it out. Really impressed with the customer service from Venicci. The buckle on my pram unfortunately broke after an accident, and when I contacted them, they were so helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond and, as a gesture of goodwill, issued me with a whole new seat unit.
