We just had a level 3 survey done by Joe Allen-Aldus, and our contact person was Adam Pritchard. Adam was always reachable and quick to respond. Joe did an incredibly through job with the survey- super quick turnaround, incredibly detailed pictures, etc..We had a quick call with Joe after, and he was very patient and knowledgable (even referencing the floorplan on rightmove, and pointing to specific pictures on our survey to explain concepts). The attention to detail was mind-blowing. I couldn't recommend this company more for your survey.
They don't really give cost estimates (for getting certian things fixed) in writing but will give ranges over the phone, and then you're supposed to contact contractors to get more accurate figures. They have a lot of integrity and aren't going to BS just for the sake of it.

Joe Allen completed our level 3 survey. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, provided us with all the answers we could have hoped for and more. The traffic light system on the report provided really helps to focus in on key concerns. Joe went out of his way to have an extended chat with me to ensure all questions and concerns were answered. I have done a number of Hombuyer surveys with SmartHome Surveys and they are great. Adam is so very helpful. The reports are clear and use a helpful traffic light system. Surveyor advice from Alex and Max has been very useful and they go out of their way to assist.
