Good quality survey delivered within a few days. A month later I was facing some challenges and my solicitor made a recommendation for another survey. Adam took the time to give me a call and answer my questions. He didn't try to sell me another survey that I didn't need but gave me advice to help resolve the situation I was facing which I'm very grateful for.

We received our L3 survey which contained all the key information we needed as well as taking particular care to the areas of interest we had in the property. The survey Kirsten prepared was extremely thorough and provided us with confidence to be fully informed in our purchase.

Adam was super responsive and took the time to speak to me and the agent to assess what type of survey was most appropriate. It wasn't a "one size fits all" approach, unlike every other surveyor we reached out to for a quote, where the criteria seemed to be, the property is X years old therefore you need a RICs 3, without any other factors being taken into consideration.

The survey was booked in within a week and completed ahead of the deadline (we received the full report on the Sunday evening of the week the survey was conducted).

SMART also went above and beyond to answer all our queries, without seeking to charge for "add-ons".

It was a really refreshing experience.
