Made an order to Canada cause they provide international shipping. My vapes have been stuck awaiting clearance by a broker (vape juice depot) for over a week. I’ve tried to get in contact with this crappy vape company. Phone number puts you through to nobody. The support email gets you zero replies. They offer this international service obviously knowing that it will need customs clearance but they’ve received your money and they clearly couldn’t care less from there on.

The prices are amazing, I like the method of age verification. Shipping time is honestly EXCELLENT, i live in Alaska, and I get our package within 5 business days, most of the time less. Which is AMAZING, for us extremely rural Alaskans. Cost of shipping is really my only complaint, as there’s a shipping and signature fee. I’ve tried to order the amount for free shipping but it always glitches out and is like never mind add on another $50. Ultimately, I love this website, the constant rotation of sale items, the mass amount of flavors, sizes, nicotine levels. I love shopping with them.

I ordered 3 vapes. 2 were ordered by mistake. I emailed the company and explained. They answered promptly and said I could mail back the unopened vapes and they would credit my account, minus a restocking fee. In my book, That's good customer service. I will continue to use vape juice depot.
