Same as all the other reviews. Just terrible! Don’t have the product they advertised and try to palm something else off instead, multiple times. Take too long to reply to emails. Don’t use them.

I bought some coils and tanks never got it they do not answer emails i got in touch with pay pal to get my money back stay away

I ordered on Tuesday. I didn’t get any update from them so I decided to ask Paypal for a refund after that they sent an email that “shipped” I ask them for tracking number. They did not give me anything. SCAM!!!!!
Avoid them. I hope I can get a refund from paypal.

Do not buy from this company, they are not australian, they will not respond to emails until you raise a refund request through paypal at this point they then send an email saying "we have shipped your package" but they really have not, they will never give tracking details either.
use another company.

They are scammers. They are not based in Australia.
I lodged a paypal chargeback for $114 and had the case decided in my favour. Refund coming in a few days.

I don't understand why companies destroy their reputation for a few dollars instead of trying their hardest to gain a good reputation.

I ordered from this scam website on the 18th of April, and till today, the 5th of May, I didn’t receive my order. The order#110064. No response from customer service! After I contacted them million times, they’ve changed the status of my order to “shipped” while it didn’t, and said that they will provide me with the tracking number. But, as you all know, no tracking number or anything but lies. They are basically just ripping us off, isn’t that right VAPEDNA?

SCAM!! They took over $200 off me. My own fault for not checking here first. DO NOT USE. They know how to play the PayPal loopholes too. But from another company. Not these con artists!!!

I don't understand the bad wrap in previous posts as I received excellent service from VapeDNA. The products arrived pretty quickly (2 week's) considering all the disruptions currently occurring. They also got back to me every time I emailed them. I am impressed and will use them again.

Disgraceful, should not be allowed to be in business. I expected to hear from them re: delivery date, yet the order placed over 2 weeks ago is not even filled for shipping yet.

DO NOT USE vapedna.com.au ... I'm worried about my money already and will start a paypal dispute ASAP.

Literally the worst company I have ever ordered online from. I put an order in on the 14th of March. It's now the 23rd of April and still no arrival of my parcel.
The same day I ordered this I ordered juice from Vapoureyes. I recieved that order within 4 days.
I would advise consumers to try other suppliers as this company and their costumer care is horrific to say the least.
The fact it's a domestic order makes it even more of a hinderence.

I like many people mentioned here have just been through the same rigmarole of dealing with this company. States Australian company but really from China, 5-9 day turn around time stated, yet here I am a month later without my items.

So far 13 emails exchanged with them filled with items being swapped out for what I originally wanted, demanding tracking information and threats of escalating to Paypal.

Currently have a dispute with Paypal, here's hoping I at least get a refund for wasting a whole month.

Absolute trash, do not order from them.

Scam. Placed an order which they ignored for two weeks. Then said they'd sent it. Then said it was out of stock. Requested a refund which they dodged for weeks. Eventually disputed it through my bank. Don't go near them.

Ordered from Australia on 12 march and arrived 14 April. Took days to reply to emails / online messages. No ETA provided, was just advised 'it will arrive soon'. Had to order elsewhere in the mean time and hope that this shipment arrived. Save the stress and order somewhere else!

Seemed ok at first, it's local, how long could a shipment be? Two weeks in I had to chase and find out where package was, no tracking number had been supplied or confirmation of shipment leaving warehouse. I got told my items were out of stock, which wasn't the case when I placed the order. I then swapped to a product I didn't initially want, just so I didn't waste my money or get left waiting weeks more for them to restock. Another two weeks and nothing, I then have to email and chase again, once again no tracking information was supplied until I sent multiple emails. The emails I recieved had an incorrect tracking number, and another batch of emails to chase with. After 10 emails and over 5 weeks of waiting still haven't got the shipment. 0/10 STAY AWAY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE. Vapoureyes and steamery from now on. Don't waste your time and money. Never had to contact Accc before but I refuse to lose money with no consequences.

Do not order! I had emails saying items were shipped, after asking for the tracking details for 3 weeks I received nothing. I then told them them I was going to escalate to consumer affairs and reporting via PayPal ! Very shady! I eventually received items but had I not been on their back I wouldn’t have received anything! Avoid and don’t use this I s company!

If I could rate a 0 I would. This page is a total scam. Don't loose you money or waste your time with these people. I placed an order since February and is April and nothing yet.

These people are scam artists. Ordered on the 20th January and heard nothing for weeks despite numerous emails. They only responded to emails after I lodged a PayPal dispute. Only then did I receive an email saying things are delayed and they would get back to me in a couple of days. A month later part of my order turns up but I sill haven't had any further contact from them.

Avoid them at all costs.

Order came missing the most expensive items. I sent multiple messages. Weeks later I get a "sorry, we will refund you asap" reply. 3 messages and 2 months later I have still received no refund.

Why I didn't check the review of here? It's a scam website, I paid 15 February, haven't got anything, I claim that in PayPal, hope it can refund my money
