One of the worse company’s I’ve ever had dealings with.
Took four days for them to ship.
I sent messages asking them when they would ship both via site and email... late the following day, I got confirmation from the site of shipment awaiting tracking info.
Then I got an email saying that they would get back to me with status of my order over a week ago... no word as yet.
They seriously don’t give a crap about even pretending to provide any level of customer service.
I will stick with vaporeyes in the future... I would rather go without the mod I ordered than to deal with these pitiful twits.

Avoid!!
Ordered a Tesla wye mod received email 5 days later saying shipped. Then 3 days later received email saying out of stock, asked for a refund but never got a reply luckily I ordered via PayPal so got my refund via them.
They claim to be in Australia but they are in China and use many different company names.

The device I ordered true vape DNA didn't work anymore after one day. Most of the devices will have troubles and are probably fake. I m still trying to get in contact but they don't respond to any messages. The customer service is terrible,
. Expect a delevery time between 14-20 days. Don't believe anything they advertise.

Many bad reviews but my experience was good. Ordered Argus air and coils. Was dispatched quickly, arrived in good condition and in a decent time frame. Tracking info was delayed and took a few emails before I got it but all in all not a bad experience.

Placed an order for the Lazimo f4 behemoth mod, after wondering where they were located i did a google search and came across this review site, well i panicked thinking the worst, i promptly sent an email asking if my item was in stock, no other site had stock so i was concerned, the hours ticked by no response, the following morning i received a reply reassuring me it was indeed in stock, the the following day received another email stating my order had been sent, with no tracking number provided figured i would have to wait a month or so ordered on the 3/8, auspost acknowledge 9/8, Delivered 20/8, seventeen days in total.
not bad considering the current postal delays, so all up I'm very happy customer Thanks VapeDNA

I purchased a "brand new" odin mini from this company paid express shipping and its cleary a used product came out of the box with a scratched screen and slightl pealing and the shipping took 3 god dam weeks. I would not recommend to anyone

If have 0 points that i will give it to this liar website.They don't reply message and I was already waiting more than 20 days till 2020 7.10 and still not give me tracking number.Dont buy from this faking liar website.Disguesting

I purchased a number of items that were showing in stock from this company in mid April. A month passed with no order update or products. I emailed many times with no response.

I eventually got a reply through their Facebook page, saying the goods were coming in late May and would ship to me the first week of June despite them showing as in stock. A allowed a few weeks and nothing came, or even an update. I tried a few more times to get an answer after which I demanded a refund. They still did not respond and I am now forced to lodge a dispute with my band to try and get my $150 back.

They are a scam, do not purchase anything from them.

I found this site by chance, and purchased two tanks newly released. After purchase I received no communication regarding shipping and upon enquiring was told that my order had shipped and that a tracking number would be provided in due course. When this didn't happen I started looking for reviews of this store (yep, I should've done my homework). When I discovered everyone else's experiences I immediately looked for ways to cancel the transaction & despite emailing the address provided by PayPal for this site I got no response. I got no response to any of my e-mails of complaint. On advice I decided to give it a month before initiating action. This morning, out of the blue & approx 2 weeks after ordering, a courier arrived with both the tanks I'd purchased. The lack of communication from this retailer is appalling, and I do not like the way they do business - masquerading as an Australian store, but in fairness to them the goods did arrive & in a reasonably timely manner. Never again, but don't panic unnecessarily if you do make the mistake of buying from this place.

ordered last 28 april and until now no parcel came. 14 email thread, they calimed that it will be shipped in 3days,now it is more than a month of it will be delivered in 3days. scam scam scam. do not buy to this seller.i would have given no star. very very bad experience

I would give 0 if I could. Ordered 150 dollars worth on 25th April 2020. Still haven’t shipped. Won’t reply to my messages. Put a dispute in with PayPal and immediately they changed my shipping status to “partially shipped” yet “items still to be shipped” was everything I ordered. Absolute scam. Do not order from this company.

Thought the company was just yarns since of the bad reviews on here, turns out it was all g. Order came in about a week and a half through Auspost.

Drop shippers from China. Don't buy from them, if you want to buy from China go to fasttech.

I'll be lodging a dispute with PayPal.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive, so not too bad. Their communication could be better. Happy wih the products.

Got the products. However, awful service. I just spent the last week thinking the company had stolen my money. No confirmation email, no shipping confirmation and they did not respond to my emails support requests until I opened a Paypal resolution case.

Scam company! Do not buy anything from here .
I am out $200 unless PayPal can resolve this .
