From my first visit to my last, my experience with Van Monster was exceptional. I dealt with Mark Frazer at the Wakefield branch and felt at ease straight away. There was no pressure in buying. I could ring/visit/test drive the car anytime. Nothing was too much.

Do not buy from this con artist company. Sold my daughter a 13k shed of a van that’s been filled with putty. Parts missing. Supposed to have done checks which they can’t provide proof of.Appalling customer service, washed there hands. Please avoid at all costs. Been trying to get them to deal for months. They are now stranded 30 miles from home and it’s -4 disgusting.

They were very patient with me and my partner as we needed a van and we are claiming a grant from council and I needed a lot of papework and i was back and forth on email , the repsonse was staright away and offered help even now after we have purchased a van .
