V Tac Reviews 

The quality is not looking good so far, ten bulbs have been installed about twenty minutes and we have two failures in the first five minutes. Absolutely rubbish quality control...Avoid this company (and their products).
Will update the review once I find out what their customer service is like...!

Have a VTAC colour changing floodlight. Simply cannot get it to connect. It's supposed to be bluetooth controlled but it won't show up as a device even when I manually try to connect. It's just a white manual LED panel. No fancy bluetooth control or colour changing facility. I have to reiterate what others have said that this is a scam. BTW all the positive reviews match the pidgeon English in the instructions. Clearly they are written by the employees!

We have about 30 V Tac ceiling lights. They are proving to be an absolute nightmare. Frequently dropping off the system and often impossible to reconnect. Some work fine while others within half a metre distance will not connect or stay connected. From our experience they are not fit for purpose.

In the interest of transparency i will leave my original review, i don't take back the "fake reviews" comment, that isn't a wise move for business in the West VTac, we see through it. I must however now state that i received good customer service since all of this and things definitely seem to be improving on that front. If i take the time to write a bad review the least i can do is amend it when it things improve. Availability of customer service contact details still isn't great but they're improving. Stars changed from 1 to 4 for the effort put into my issue. (Trustpilot need to open their eyes to fake reviews.. look at the way those 5 star reviews are written, come on.. I am a genuine purchaser from Amazon.. NON-EXISTENT customer service.. cheap shoddy products.. even Amazon can't give me the contact details for the manufacturer for the fake 5yr warranty..)

I bought 6 led battens from a distributor all with the "5 Year" guarantee. In the first few days 1 went faulty. In a week another. Now a replacement and yet another. The distributor seems great but NO email response from V-Tac and half the product plus a replacement has gone faulty within just a few weeks. Costs more to do the work than the product value.

Very professional spoke to a guy called Nash. Very helpful and easy to talk to Very professional decorum. The products are very high spec. Excellent prices and wide range of products from smart , cctv and all aspects of L.E.D products. One of the best company's I have ever come across.

Lighting, I bought all my home lights from VTAC.

Specially the 3 colour tone in 1 with Bluetooth and Smart App. Easy to manage them individually or in groups. Then I shared this app to my family members and they were delighted to control.

The colour just works as we select them on phone, even after such a long period no issues. Not just these, all the lights, my whole house is set, so much style and choices. Anything that I bought, hasn't gone faulty yet.

It saves time and money to buy such things that last long, specially when fitting cost is so high.

Fantastic company and products. Have been trading with this company for a long time and they have one of the widest range of LED Lights in their catalog. Prices and service also excellent. Would highly recommend.

I have been using V-TAC for the past 3 years. I'm very much happy with their products and whenever I am in need of LED products for my business, my go to company is V-TAC. One of the best features of this company is that I get good quality products for a reasonable and affordable price, and my customers have been content with my installations of V-TAC products.

It's a scam! I installed a row of nine spotlights a few months ago & six have so far "popped". Don't buy these products, they just don't work.

One star may be a little generous.
The fittings supplied to illuminate a whole office floor were so bad, even after the second batch of replacements were fitted we had to take out and replaced all with new.
Even had the UK sales director come to site to witness how bad the quality actually were.
Replaced with upgraded units but Director stated compensation would be arranged for the outlay of labour to replace all the faulty units, this was quickly rescinded and a pathetic u turn of a discount for future works was offered.

Poor quality and even poorer customer relations!
