Purchased 25 light fittings for a job. Unfortunately 6 have gone faulty. Poor service from the supplier.
Spoke to Reggie at V-Tac, very helpful, sending replacements out and there to help if any more troubles.
Can't thank him enough!!

Fantastic service when 1of my LED bulbs failed under warranty. V-TAC exceeded my expectations by sending me out 2 bulbs in replacement of the 1 that failed. No quibble and no need to send faulty bulb back. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.

As an electrician I have Used V-tac many times over the years. Not impressed over have been. Everytime I give it a chance thinking the my have improved there products. Same old crap. easy to get of the shelf’s from most suppliers. If I could give it 0 stars I would there products are designed so bad in terms of the connection points flimsily cheap products. There led battens always fail either it stops working or half the batten will be lit up or the batten is dull not light output. I have not purchased these products 9/10 my clients have due to the cost it’s Cheap for a reason. There products are possibly the worst product on the market with the design flaw in the wiring that most of the products are supplied with and connection entry points. The quality of the led strip lights used in there battens and the 60x60 led panels drivers are cheap Quality!!! Always fail. Should come pre- wired the drivers in my opinion like all the other competitors. I have install almost 200 led 60x60 lights at a time. How time consuming is it to pre wire each driver should come pre wired and soldered just like all the other brands. Again saving cost cheap product.

STAY AWAY CHEAP PRODUCTS WONT LAST BAD FLAWS IN THERE DESIGNS IN ALMOST ALL THERE LED PRODUCTS. Clients always choose the purchase V tax as it’s off the shelf in toolstaion etc so it’s easy to get hold of. Stay away I tell my clients. I won’t be coming back in a few months to replace the light because it will fail. Cheap for a reason !!!!!

Out of a pack of 10 luminaires 4 became faulty within a year. I approached v-tac via Facebook. I received a response at the opening of business the next working day. The process of the warranty claim was efficient and the customer service given by Daniel was something that I have not experienced in a long time, I that he was attentive, thoughtful and also used a common sense approach. His email communication was excellent and has always replied promptly and in a personal manner. Yes Christmas got in the way of the dispatch of the replacement luminaires but again as promised by Daniel they were dispatched the day he chased them and I received them the following day via 24 hour courier also having been made aware of the dispatch by Daniel. I cannot rate him highly enough in his level of customer service and if this is representative of the company ethos then we'll done v-tac in your training and management style.

One of the downlights, from a pack of 10, failed,.
I telephoned V-Tac, described the fault, and explained why I did not have a receipt. The person from V-Tac could not have been more helpful, he emailed me a couple of questions to answer, and arranged for a replacement light to be posted to me.
The parcel arrived the next day, and on opening it V-Tac had very generously sent a new box of 10 downlights. I definitely recommend them, fantastic customer service.

having bought a led dome lighting VT8503 there was cosmetic damage on the dome .Having reported it to Kyla in customer services who understood the damage and the inconvenience we had .
Within 3 days I received a brand new dome light .
The customer experience was very proffesional and would highly recommend 100% the company products and customer service .

Light received broken,
Tried getting a refund but said they only do replacments. Already bought another to replace, ended up with a £50 light I don't need. Daniel not interested in uk online selling laws, said its my own problem I bought another without waiting!!!

I purchased 2 x 100W floodlights via Amazon. The lights look and feel good quality and perform well, and 1 unit was totally fine but the other had a faulty wire entry gland which wouldn't tighten. I reported this and it was passed to Xpress Technologies to respond but they didn't (and still haven't), so after a week I returned it via Amazon and bought a replacement, but this one had a faulty screw thread in the light body where it attaches to the bracket. I fitted the light but reported it to V-TAC and got great help from Kyla Theodore who sent me a further replacement so overall I'm now happy but feel unlucky to have received 2 units with defects.

Excellent service from V-TAC, some LED lights failed after 3 years of their 5 year warranty on these lights.
Received the replacements in 2 days!

I contacted V-TAC for a replacement lamp, after one had failed within the 5 year warranty window. I received excellent customer service from Reggie, who organised the dispatch of a replacement.
