Customer Service Feedback
I recently requested to change my delivery date, but unfortunately, my request was not addressed, and I still received a delivery.
The delivery consisted of juice that cost $7.99, along with a $9.95 delivery fee. Having a delivery for only one item at that cost is not feasible for me.
I would also like to see a larger variety of products available. The current selection seems somewhat limited, and having more options would make the service more worthwhile.
Additionally, I currently have two delivery bags that need to be returned. Please provide me with instructions on how I can return the bags.
I attempted to cancel my order online, but the instructions provided were not helpful or easy to follow. Additionally, there was no customer service phone number listed for assistance.
It would be helpful to provide clearer cancellation instructions and an easily accessible customer service contact number for customers who need assistance.

I don’t know where they left my order
I don’t know where they left my order. It wasn’t in front of my door like last time. they tracked a picture but I have no idea where that is in my complex. Please come to my door with the Products and collect the bottles that are sitting outside. Thank you.

Minor changes would make this stellar
The food choices are good however the cheese I ordered went out of stock. Would be nice to get replacement suggestions rather just removing it. Also, I asked for my cooler to be.zipped closed but it was left open in quite hot weather.

Horrible communication, double charge and took forever to get back the funds they stole. Had to get bank involved because of a greedy employee who double charges for items not ordered.
