I ordered some large, excellent quality planter boxes. When there was a delay in shipping them due to a manufacturer's delay, Nick S., Customer Care Specialist, was wonderfully responsive. He checked on my order and addressed my delivery inquiry. Nick sent me well-written emails, regarding the delay, and the arrival expectation of my planters. They arrived just as he told me they would.
