As a new small business owner I needed to create a chic decor to service my clientele. I am on a budget & while shopping on the Urbilis site, if I couldn’t afford my first choice there were several other amazing options to chose from. Damaged planter not replaced!
One of the two planters arrived completely damaged. I reached out immediately to your staff, sent a ton of pictures to a guy named Danny and have not heard back when I’m going to be getting a replacement and it has been quite some time now. This is totally unacceptable!

What's up with my order?
It’s been a full week since placing my order, but I haven’t received any information about its status. When I login to look it up, it says “waiting to be fulfilled”. Why? Is it on backorder? Until when? Warehouses no longer take a week to ship orders so something is wrong, but I have no idea when to expect this order.

Not worth the money or time on this site
Bought a 40 dollar planter, it was poorly painted (on the bottom), chipped edge, and the drainage hole was drilled on a slant making it look tacky. Also tried to put a review of the planter on their site and it freezes up everytime and doesn't post.
