I would highly recommend Urband London!
It’s easy to praise when everything goes right but I bought the wrong size and didn’t get the right colour! However, with thanks to Raoul and the great customer service I received, changing the design to an colour I wanted and getting the right size, was simple. I will definitely be buying more and have already shared links with friends.

My experience was interesting
My experience was interesting to say. I ordered a 10mm bracelet but a 6mm one was made and sent instead. Almost instantly the very next day I had a message from a very helpful person (Raoul) who told me about the mistake and not to worry as the one that was sent I can keep as a gift and they are already making the correct one for my order so I received 2 bracelets. I would 100% recommend Urband London to anyone and I believe when I get a new Apple Watch I might go for one of their straps and soon maybe a ring as well.

Beautiful straps at beautiful prices
Unfortunately my beautiful Apple Watch strap broke. I need not have worried though, as soon as I contacted customer services I knew the matter would be resolved. I returned my strap, emailed a copy of the tracking details and received a new strap within 2 days.
Their customer services are faultless.
The watch straps are utterly beautiful, I’m sure I will be buying many more, not only for myself but for family and friends. I cannot recommend highly enough.

10mm bracelet
Easy to order, dispatched quickly. Loved the bracelet. The sizing guide was very useful. Unfortunately, it was sent to the billing address not the delivery address so it was a few days before I could collect it from the post office.

More than excellent service when bracelet appeared to be the wrong item. Product could be returned and the assistance how to do this was great. Very cooperative. The Apple Watch bracelet fits perfect, very nice design. Receiving compliments about it regularly.
