I ordered 3 bracelets

I ordered 3 bracelets - first time I got the parcel, it was opened and nothing inside- empty! So I went to police… I told Azuni the problem and again they sent a new parcel by another shipping company. They try to investigate the problem with shipping to Austria.
Now I have got all 3 bracelets - they are beautiful and I want to send many thanks to Azuni Team for their help and patience with this problem! They are great.

Shipment issue

I did an order 2 weeks ago, my order left UK to transit in Mexico (I live in belgium). First, it is not ecological at all, second, I sent an e mail to the customer service one week ago because my order was staying at the same place since one week and I didn’t get any response.

I am very sorry that your package has not arrived yet. I did reply to your initial enquiry via email on 25 March 2024, but my email may have ended up in your junk folder.

When I received your enquiry, I did contact Royal Mail immediately to ask them to find out where your package was. I have had a response from them this morning saying that they mis-sorted your order and it was sent to Mexico. However, it has already been redirected to Belgium and so should be on its way to you. I apologise that it has taken so long to get this information, however it has been delayed by the long Easter weekend. I have also sent you this information this morning via email.

I apologise again for the delay in the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we could not have foreseen or prevented this error by Royal Mail. I have checked, and your order was addressed correctly.

I will continue to keep an eye on the tracking for your order, and let you know of any updates.
