Good plants arrived quickly. A problem with ordering and using a special code. A message to the company quickly got it all sorted. Very nice lavender freebie, a nice gesture.

Fast delivery. Extremely well packaged, beautiful, healthy plants. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon.
100% RECOMMEND this company.

I literally cannot express how happy I am with my first order from Urban Herbs. The seedlings arrived in such a super healthy and happy state. Packaged practically and beautifully for their optimal transport and onward life. Will be deffo ordering again and literally would not hesitate to recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received my herbs like they'd been packed by Santa Claus himself, very professional, fresh , watererd and full of life and wonderful smells, will definitely use Urban Herbs again. Faultless 🍀

I will certainly order from this company again. The plants were very fresh smelt wonderful and very carefully packed so they arrived in peck condition. There was a problem with my post code but they got the plants rerouted and arrived the same day.

This is my second purchase from Urban Herbs. From ordering to delivery the process is excellent and a big plus is the packaging is all recyclable. The herbs arrived very healthy and can’t wait to plant them into the hanging basket and pots. My first order from last year have all doubled in size and can’t wait to see them all again this year in flower. Thank you Urban Herbs 5*

Dear All at Urban Herbs
I just wanted to say a big thank you for your wonderful company and the service you provide. The quality of your plants is amazing and the packaging and delivery exemplary.
I am always fascinated by the range on offer and love the diversity of choices.
I particularly love the choice of mint plants and decided to create a large and varied collection. I then spent the summer making beautiful refreshing mint tea with a different flavour each time and getting my family to try and guess the flavour.
I've included some pictures of the window planters I converted for this.
I was a teacher for 36 years and always loved to share my love of plants with my pupils. I now spend my time with a gardening round and love recommending your wonderful plants to others.
0nce again huge thanks and here's to your continued success.

Lovely selection of good quality herbs, always well packaged and arrived in good condition, the scent of the herbs on opening the packaging is absolutely wonderful. I have bought from Urban Herbs three times now, all the herbs have grown well and are thriving in my garden, couldn't ask for more

We ordered a selection of herbs so that my husband could plant up a wheelbarrow to enter in to a garden competition. The herbs arrived beautifully packaged, survived my husbands planting skills and grew into a wonderful display. We are so impressed by the quality and choice of herbs.

A really lovely first class business to order from.
Excellent choice of top quality plants. Delivered quickly in prime condition, very well packaged.
All topped of with genuine friendly service.
Highly recommended.

I cannot praise this company enough!!!! My tender, carefully chosen herbs arrived beautifully packed complete with little wool matting adding extra protection during transit. I love to have a fresh supply of herbs to add to my dishes particularly as a garnish. Each of my plants added an extra dimension to the finished dish and the satisfaction that I knew the provenance of each one. I like the hat urban herbs have source some more original herbs like Aztec sweet herb which has to be tasted to believe the intense sugar burst each flower provides. I am looking forward to enjoying my ginger rosemary and barbecue rosemary over the coming seasons.

Lovely company, fantastic quality herbs. Particularly thrilled with the sapphire- it's going great guns and have swapped some for apples, pears, chilli's and courgettes (well, marrows really!).
Very friendly company, kept informed at all times re the status of my orders.
First class and will be ordering more delicious herbs next spring.

Lovely healthy herbs, beutifully packaged and delivered promptly. Some unusual varieties to choose from too. I love using them for cooking, salads and teas. A knowledgeable, courteous company with people who obviously love what they do!

Plants arrived well package and very healthy.
It was nice to receive a a surprise plant and seeds.
Easy to order and a full explanation as to type of herb and how can be used.
You were also informed of when the plants would be dispatch to avoid them being in parcel depot over weekends.

My first delivery from Urban Herbs but it certainly won't be my last. The packaging is fantastic and the plants arrived in pristine condition. The plants themselves are strong and healthy. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra plant as a free gift. It's a big thumbs up from me. Thank you guys, you have a customer for life. 5*

This company is wonderful. They are helpful and respond promptly. I was doubtful whether herbs would survive being sent to the North of Scotland but they arrived quickly, were packed beautifully and after a drink they perked up and grew on beautifully. I have had two deliveries now and will definitely get some more in the spring. The varieties are interesting and I have enjoyed using them in salads and cooking. The little extras, they include in the pack, are varieties I wouldn’t have chosen but have been lovely to try.
