urban-herbs.co.uk Reviews

Received our first order of lovely healthy plants today. Impressed with how they ensure the plants arrive quickly but are not left sitting awaiting delivery over a weekend. Packaged well for transport, all cardboard so easily recycled.
Will be ordering again soon - thank you

Have received two orders now from this excellent company. The plants are well grown and healthy and the attention to care during their transport is second to none.
Would thoroughly recommend purchasing plants from them.

Another delivery today of wonderful herbs from this amazing company. The customer service, the range and quality of the herbs is top class. 10 out of 10 for the packaging of the herbs and the delivery by DPD which ensures the plants arrive in an excellent condition. Unusual herbs, such as Lemon Curd Thyme, Rose Scented Thyme, Cola plant which really do smell like their names, Oregano hot and spicy, Olive herb and many, many more superb plants which enhance the herb garden taking it from ordinary to extraordinary. Looking forward to seeing the collection next year when they reopen for business.

The gentle folk of herb supplies.

Great quality plants, excellent communications and an example to the larger , significantly more impersonal suppliers of mediocre plants.

They provide beautiful herbs that last a long time. Their customer service is fantastic as well! I’ve had multiple plants from these guys now and they’re all thriving. Plus, my guinea pigs love them!

Friendly efficient company. Interesting unusual herbs. Plants arrived in good condition despite some out of their pots, possibly due to the carrier not noticing the arrows on the side of the carton; however, not an huge concern. I expect to be ordering again.
Excellent book, written by Andrew Perry of Urban Herbs.

Urban herbs are great company - we have ordered plants on several occasions - they arrive quickly and are very healthy. There is a very large selection of many types of herbs, available in groups by type or usage. The garden benefits so much from their inclusion - colourful and with a range of aromas and textures that blend in so many ways with other planting. Give them a try!

Received my pack from urban-herbs, delivery was very quick and I was so impressed how well they were packed. The plants were beautiful & fresh just ready to plant out.
I also received a packet of climbing beans, a pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this company.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The good reviews are right. These plants are quality and arrive in great (cardboard) packaging. Prompt too (as advertised). Wholly impressed by this service. Thank you.

top quality plants which are always well packed and reach me in excellent condition which isn't always the case when receiving plants through the post. Plants always establish quickly and soon become very productive. Have already placed 4 orders with Urban Herbs and will definitely be ordering again when new types of herbs are introduced by them.

The best plants I have ever received by post, really good packaging and proper planted herb plants, all very healthy and flowing well. I would most definitely recommend

Great selection of herbs, many of which I hadn't heard of before, I ordered some red creeping thyme and lemon verbena, I will be ordering others from here as well in the future. fast delivery, the plants arrived well packed and in excellent condition. many thanks! looking forward to buying from you again!

Having ordered twice from this lovely company I can say that I have never received such quality plants from anywhere else. Easy to order, brillliantly packaged and all excellent quality. Have not lost one plant. Thanks very much. Have recommended them to friends who have also subsequently ordered from them. Keep up the excellent work.

Fabulous selection of herbs. Brilliant service, well packed plants and a freebie too. What more could you ask for?

Easy to order, well packaged and a pleasure to deal with

Best healthy, uncrushed plants I've ever gotten via post. Packaging was amazing, plants were not dried up at all! They looked like they had been put it the box 5 mins earlier after watering. I had to leave this review as I've been buying a lot of plants for my garden recently and I have been so dissapointed in the state that they have arrived from al the big well known plant companies. They could learn a lot about packaging from these guys :) Very happy with the service too.

This supplier/ grower is fantastic. Wonderful products. packed properly and the customer service is beyond reproach.
I have just received an order absolutely perfect, and a great addition to the herbs I have already planted. I will continue buying from them.

Just Amazing......

The herbs arrives quickly and were well packaged although the courier must have upended the box as there was loose earth in the bottom. Fortunately the plants weren’t damaged. They were all very healthy and well potted.

They are simply lovely and most unusual - the blackcurrant sage really does smell of blackcurrant and the ginger mint of an amazing combination of ginger and mint. I can’t wait for the golden thyme to flower as I’m sure it’ll be spectacular.

I also received an additional pot of herbs as a thank you gift as well as a 10% off my next order code, both most appreciated. I’m now eyeing up the lemon curd thyme…

I’m very happy to recommend Urban Herbs highly.

Bought some herbs and they've come very well packaged and in great condition. Moist enough to survive the shipping process and we even got an extra little surprise seed package. Would definitely buy more in future

Really pleased with my delivery of mixed herbs. The are lovely plants, packed carefully. Will defo order again.
