Help with letter

Marshall I did as you suggested and googled QUICKEN LNS INC. They have been sending out these letters phishing since early 2026. They gave address and I looked them up this way. Thanks again. Sharon Dubovecky

Anthony was so helpful

Anthony was so helpful, encouraging and just a joy to speak with. He broke down everything that I needed to do, by my the 24th and made me feel like I can overcome anything if I just stick to my GOALS.

AVOID

I was enrolled with this company for eight months, paying $100 per month. While they did remove a few accounts and some late payments, the overall results were not worth the $800 spent. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The real issue is how they conduct themselves when it comes to collecting a balance. I have one remaining $100 payment, and since updating my debit card, the nonstop calls have been excessive and borderline harassment. Calling repeatedly within minutes is not professional—it’s aggressive and off-putting.

There’s a clear line between business and harassment, and this company chose to cross it. I’ve had to filter unknown calls just to avoid the constant interruptions.

If this is how they treat clients over $100, it speaks volumes about their standards. I won’t be continuing with them, and I wouldn’t recommend others put themselves in the same position.

Our Client Relationship Manager has made several attempts to contact you regarding your review in hopes of reaching a mutual understanding. The progress achieved on your file has been exceptional—over the past 30 days alone, your use of our credit disputing tool resulted in more debt removed from your credit profile than your total investment in the program.

We also honored your request to close your account promptly. During that conversation, you gave us no indication that your final payment was a concern, it was only raised later in your review. While we did attempt to follow up regarding the outstanding final payment, this is standard practice, as companies seek payment for services rendered.

As concerning as a pattern of non-payment is, we have waived her final payment and hope that eases her frustration. It is unfortunate the client chose to communicate through a review rather than engaging with us. In our experience, open communication often leads to more positive outcomes, and we believe this situation may have been resolved more effectively had we been given that opportunity.

Jaxx was amazing! He was knowledgeable with making sure I understood everything. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed talking to him.
