I canceled my subscription on March 19 after achieving my credit goal. During the cancellation call, the representative attempted to persuade me to keep the service and transferred me to a supervisor who also tried to retain my account. I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted to cancel the subscription. I was then informed by the representative that the subscription had been canceled.
On March 26 and again on April 2, the company emailed me stating: “We received a request that you may be looking to cancel your service. The team has been trying to reach you for the past week to get you taken care of.” Despite these emails, there was no option to reply directly to the email, and the company website does not provide an option to cancel online.
Despite canceling my subscription on March 19, the company continued charging my bank account and processed two additional charges after my cancellation request. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank regarding the unauthorized recurring charges. I will also contact the company again and request immediate cancellation confirmation and a refund for the charges made after March 19.
