Poor delivery and incorrect spec
Order process was great, but delivery lacked.
Delivery was about a week from order. Package was delivered and left at the door at night (did not knock or press the bell) in the weekend in an open plastic bag, without any labels or address on it.
The spindle was supposed to be 35mm, got 40mm, so had to cut it for installation.

I did not want to wake up or disturb anyone at night time, especially if they had kids sleeping!
Usually 40mm spindle will work fine as long as you have the modern 70mm profile.
The older Rehau & VEKA systems use 35mm spindles.

What a legend. Always finds something obscure that no one else can. He also hand delivered product. You just don’t find service like this anymore

Dimitri ("Mr UPVC") advised with great knowelege/ experience then supplied supplied & installed a 3 panel bi-fold UPVC door and 3 awning windows (all eith extra heat & sound protection glass) for me during the period 2023-2025. Communication and advice was prompt, thoughtful & considered....providing a great solution & product.
After sales service has been excellent ...so much so, that I've now had Dimitri back on site to quote & supply Flyscreens for the same doors & others in my Apartment.

Shopify doesn't allow for an automated merchant fee service to be paid by the customer.
There is a message ontop of the website that says a 2.5% processing fee will be charged after the transaction on every page of the website.
Please reconsider the 4* star rating as I got a product delivered to Perth literally over the weekend from Sydney for your needs.

Dmitry is one of the few businesses to reply on an email request to seek some replacemnt sliding door rollers. The communication was detailed and provided a couple of options.
