Fantastic service from Dimitri
Fantastic service from Dimitri. We were literally stuck heard about Dimitri, got hold of him and has fixed most of our issues. We are getting him back in the new year to finish. I was so impressed, I've asked him to come back every 6 months just to keep the maintenance on our 8 story building.

Door lock perfect fit
Dmitry supplied a replacement lock for my door that I couldn't find elsewhere. Description in video on webpage was perfect. However the delay in sourcing the product before shipping could have been better communicated.

2 things that really annoyed me firstly…Shipping con and Shipping time
2 things that really annoyed me ...
firstly the items were small and cost $7.00 ..price is fine ..
but they charged me $12.50 shipping ...I received the parcel and it has postage stamps for $3.00 ..
You can purchase small item xpress post packs for $3.50 up to $6.50 approximately ...i use them .
Secondly it took 9 days to get the item ..it came from NSW to Qld ...i get stuff from china quicker .....I am not talking about temu or otherwise for buying products these products I am saying product comes faster from over seas than local.
I bought spray foam from another company in Vic ...
Soudal to be clear $10 shipping for a carton of 12 and $40 cheaper for the same product ...what can I say
If there are other processing costs state it in your charges ...I have been in business 40 years and our products have the labour costs already build in ...big profit in justifying extra costs as your own handling ..yet this other Australian company beat you hands down even with their internal handling costs hmmm...justify it any way you want to ...its just price gouging

Nothing in Australia is better than Estonian made Penosil PU Foam.
Keep buying the inferior stuff, I don't need to deal with Temu, AliExpress, AliBaba, Amazon, eBay or Bunnings franchise prices!

I am not sure what this is about not being able to select Melboutne repairs.
There is a drop-down list where every state is selectable for repairs when making a pre-paid booking appointment.
