As the previous statement got very sick came home arranged updoc and all completed by 3pm and taken first dose finished on Saturday back to work on Tuesday

The service is quick and easy. Reasonable cost. Helpful and they check in to make sure you a good.

Very quick and easy, and I was able to upload photos which helped. I got the antibiotics I needed straight away and got ahead of my illness quickly.

The ease of booking an appointment. The questionnaire to assess the urgency of my request. I did not have to wait long before a doctor contacted me. Typing my symptoms and sending a photo was all very user friendly.

Updoc was quick easy and efficient. With an incredibly sore throat and struggle talking it was wonderful to be able to do a consult via photos and text. I had everything I needed within 2 hours.

So convenient, could not leave home i was too unwell and have no car.

Not only was I helped with my medical problem promptly and sent an escript within a short time, the Doctor was very nice and friendly too.

Booked an appointment at about 8am, was expecting a call at 9am. My initial partner cancelled and said I would get queued with another - never confirmed another had connected (i kept checking) and I missed the first call. I kept trying to follow up, but there were errors on the app. I finally received a second call but the Dr only dialled once, then hung up. 2 seconds later I received a refund. Waste of time, don't use.

I needed a medical certificate in my carer capacity and it was done easily with no stress

Website is easy to navigate. Wait time was short and I didn't need to sit in a waiting room, picking up other bugs.

These days you have to book a week in advance to see a doctor or weight hours at a medical centre. This is an excellent service for when you are not well enough to get out of bed.

Updoc has been incredibly helpful during periods where both my daughter and I have ongoing health issues. Being able to access legitimate medical certificates quickly and professionally without the added stress of organising an in-person appointment every time has made a huge difference. The process is simple, fast, and especially valuable when caring responsibilities or illness make leaving home difficult.

Just so much better then having to drag your sick kid out in the cold and especially when they feeling unwell and not wanting to move . Love this option best thing ever!!!!
