I had a 2 night stay in Bodicote House at New College, Oxford and was very pleased. It's a standard student room in a modern block with an ensuite bathroom. I chose to have the ensuite which meant missing out on staying on the college quad but I'd rather have my own facilities. You may differ! It was quiet and warm and very close to town so ideal for a short stay. Had a brief interaction with the porters to check in and out and they were very friendly and helpful. The price was much less than I could find elsewhere.

I LOVED my stay at Wadham College - the warm welcome of the person in the porters lodge, the cleanliness of the room, the utterly amazing atmosphere of the whole place, the beauty of the buildings, the wow factor of the hall on the first morning I went for breakfast, the grounds, the serenity, every member of staff I came across was friendly and welcoming - honestly, the whole experience was just a joy!
Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Oxford and would happily recommend

It was just as expected and promised. Basic room, clean, I had the ensuite shower/toilet. Felt safe, was not noisy (I was at the one near Victoria station) - this area is great. Check in and check out was easy and people friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable enough. I forgot to bring a hairdryer - don't forget, there is really nothing in the rooms - except the bed and bedding, a towel (no bathmat or soaps), a desk and shelves. This was enough and for the price, great value. I recommend doing this if you want to save money in expensive London.

Well equipped clean rooms, beautiful views across the college and Bridge of Sighs, kind and helpful staff, excellent food. A wonderful experience.

I booked two rooms for a family trip to Cambridge. It was our first visit to Harvey Court at Gonville & Caius College and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Our accommodation was clean and in good order. Harvey Court is very conveniently located for the centre of Cambridge, being just a short walk away - and we were able to park our car for the duration of our visit.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and we hope to return to Harvey Court on a future occasion.

Excellent affordable accommodation in a very convenient location within walking distance of Victoria Station and many local restaurants, cafes and other facilities.

Used this service many times when visiting Cambridge and Oxford for work, and have always had good experiences. One should be mindful that it is mostly student-level accommodation (and breakfast), so don't expect luxury. But the atmosphere at a College is great.

We had a brilliant stay!
We received a warm welcome from the porters as soon as we arrived.
Lewis checked us in and was very helpful and friendly.
Jenny (in Hall) was really lovely and looked after us well (as did all of the catering staff.
The breakfast was excellent.
We had a lovely room and plan to visit again very soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but felt the details had not been attended too or safety features checked.
Disturbed that the fire door was wedged open on top floor and when wedge removed the door did not close properly.
Details such as patched and water stained ceiling and blu tak on walls were not conducive to a happy room vibe.
Further, the room was on the fourth floor with no elevator as advertised.
Loved the stay, but both the College and University Rooms. com lacked an attention to detail in their description and checking of the room, that would have been second nature to a more caring company.

I have used University Rooms for many years for Oxford and Cambridge stays, and have often recommended it to others. At their best these give access to amazing historic rooms, beautiful gardens, and excellent breakfasts in college halls. However recent stays at Sydney Sussex college in Cambridge and Wadham in Oxford have disappointed; both colleges host very large groups of young people on commercial week-long "Oxbridge experiences" and while they are lovely and well-behaved, the sheer number overwhelms the peace and tranquillity I look for in a college stay.

Food exceptionally good quality and value. Beautiful buildings and ideal location. Only negative was being in a room on 3rd floor, so involved a lot of climbing! (I should have requested a ground floor room but could have been asked if 3rd floor was OK.)

Résidence Lanteri is peaceful in a pleasant suburban area of Paris. It is very convenient for regular RER B train and buses into the city. It’s clean, comfortable and feels safe. Breakfast is included - it’s adequate to start the day and handy for a quick bite before going out for the day. After hours arrival process isn’t easy or clear because communication (in French) had to be by phone as there is no email on website; but eventually key collection instructions were clear. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. Thank you Résidence Lanteri.

A beautiful elegant building with many original features that will delight people who appreciate 60s modernist architecture, lovely helpful porters, super peaceful location only a couple of minutes walk from the amazing Cambridge University Library, what an absolute gem !!!!

I did not experience any issues using the website and found the booking process to be straightforward. Excellent staff throughout the College who were professional, polite, informative, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The twin set ground floor accommodation exceeded our expectations & we were pleased that the bathroom facilities were on our floor & the one below. Noise from the street outside ended at such a time that it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast in the Great Hall was a very generous buffet style including cooked and continental options - extremely filling.
The central location meant we were able to access readily all that we wished to visit in the city centre. The buses stopping outside on St. Aldates went to Wallingford, Abingdon, Reading, Didcot etc. A great and memorable trip.

The accommodation buildings were clean and well-maintained as was our room. The gardens were beautiful and a joy to walk through. We had an excellent breakfast on both mornings. In particular the Staff at the Gate House were extremely helpful in imparting information, and also in rolling my suitcase across the Quad! The Dining Hall staff and the Garden staff were also very courteous and friendly. A tribute to Wadham College. Altogether a most enjoyable experience for me and my husband.
