The team at Unity World Middlesbrough have been great. There tech reviews fit with our staff availability, the feedback is comprehensive and their flexible approach to our IT needs is much appreciated. They find out what we need and then work out how best to provide it. Thank you.

Unity World Middlesbrough has been an…

Unity World Middlesbrough has been an incredible partner in supporting my business. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping businesses succeed. I’d especially like to highlight Connor Scotchbrook, who has been a fantastic support throughout. His knowledge, dedication, and proactive approach have made a real difference to the way we operate. I can’t recommend Unity World enough – they go above and beyond!

A long standing relationship.

I have dealt with Unity group in its various stages of growth (starting in 2003 when they were Agile) over the last 21 years. In that time I have been faced with various IT & connectivity challenges. They have always come up trumps with a solution that has been quick and cost effective. So I'll shortly be entering my 22nd year with them. You can draw your own conclusions from that. I hope to continue into the future. A great team to deal with.

Excellent local provider

We have worked with Unity for a number of years now and they are our recommended supplier for VoIP and broadband solutions. They are always helpful and look after our customer's needs excellently. We also as a business use them for our own internal systems too.

Great service, Great people.

I’ve enjoyed working with Unity for about 20 years. The company feels small and gives a personal service that I recommend very highly. They must be a good employer because, over the years, the staff turnover has been minimal. When I have technical questions I know who to ask and I usually have solutions to my problems promptly. Thanks Jon Hill

We recently faced a challenge with securing a Wayleave agreement for our leased line installation, and I can't speak highly enough about the team’s support through the process. From the outset, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to navigating the complexities of Wayleave with us. They handled every detail with precision, keeping us updated throughout and ensuring that the installation stayed on track despite the potential roadblocks

DELIBERATELY SHUT DOWN MY NETWORK

This company deliberately and maliciously reset our broadband configuration back to factory default settings, effectively completely switching off the broadband connection to 34 independent businesses on our business park altogether.

We’d had a long dispute over a small amount of costs as I believe they were also trying to charge me to resolve network issues they themselves had created so we agreed the best course of action was to part ways so instead of doing a formal handover to our new support company they intentionally shut down my network in a petty sulk.

It took 4 days of on site configuration work to get it going again and unfortunately uncovered all sorts of other examples of lazy unprofessional workmanship which they were responsible for over a 3 year period.

They are the type of company you dread to get locked into a contract with as they will cause far more headaches than you had to start with. They do not document anything and have never been able to take responsibility for any of their actions, they prefer to charge you for this instead (the director even claimed that the network reset described above is the standard way the handover of a ubiquiti account works - complete lies).

They have rebranded between Agile ICT, Stratus Technologies and Unity in the last 3 years which speaks for itself.

I advise you to avoid this company at all costs.
