Rural Broadband…
At last we have a Fibre optic broadband service into rural areas like mine.
I was contacted by Fibre Nova in Nov. 2025, who provided telephone and email support throughout the introductory phase, initially by Craig and then by James. I subsequently signed up for the 200 Mbs service, which was installed on the 9/12/2025 quickly and efficiently that day.
Technically the system uses the eero 6+ router, which is supported by the an app for iOS or Android. The router has 1 No.Ethernet port for connecting to addit. equipment requiring hardwiring, i.e splitters, Wi-fi mesh extenders etc.
Your existing versions of these and their Ethernet cables may require upgrading to compliment & utilise the higher broadband speeds.
Overall a big improvement on previous broadband options and at a competitive price

What can I say, I had issues with my internet living in a rural area and sent Fibrenova an email which Craig answered he then had a chat with me about their service having taken over from Runfibre, he advised me to purchase Deco mesh link and he himself came and installed it all in my home giving me an incredible internet speed which is unheard of in a rural area. Fibrenovas service is second to none for those people living in a rural area I would highly recommend.

A friendly and professional service…
A friendly and professional service from all involved. Having been a little skeptical about changing providers when the initial letter came through the post, I am now delighted I made the switch. Living in a rural setting, my Internet was always quite slow and a bit hit and miss previously, but since swapping to Fibre Nova, I have had fast connection and no issues at all.
It seems a very hands-on company that will deal with any issues you have in a quick and friendly manner, being easily contactable and interested in supporting their customers (which I see as a massive bonus)
