These guys simply don't question anything, unless it's regarding making their service better. Had an issue this morning, resolved in a 5 minute Online chat. Phoned up later regarding a better router... See more

First day with Internet TY and I am planning on leaving! Purchased an overly expensive OFNL package which stated I would receive 900mbps. In reality im getting 50mbps... I'm paying £40 for the top package and getting their lowest package of speeds. Spoke on a live chat who insisted my phone needed an update and that they do NOT gaurentee any wireless speeds. Sure 900mbps sounds good but in reality you are being mislead and sold something you will NEVER receive, also £65 for a router is a bit archaic when your already overcharging for such a basic package. They joys of the monopolised OFNL.

Dave was absolutely brilliant when he came to install my internet. He was really friendly, easy to chat to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and straightforward.
He worked quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was happy with how it all worked before he left. Nothing felt rushed, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was set up perfectly.
A genuinely lovely person and a pleasure to have around—Dave made what could have been a hassle into a really positive experience. I’d happily recommend him to anyone!

I am happy with my new broadband, and also with the the Customer Services and engineers, who have given excellent service compared to other service-providers I have been with, it is very refreshing.

We had a really bad experience with our previous service provider, Vodafone. We didn’t get the internet speeds promised. We had regular buffering and drop outs. We decided to change provider to Internetty. What a difference. We have super fast fibre which is cheaper than we were paying for a poorer service. We had problems with Vodafone when we tried to leave. They said we hadn’t cancelled when both we and Internetty had informed them. They kept sending us bills which we queried. After spending hours on the phone they told us on 2 occasions that we didn’t owe anything and all was well. We then got an email from a debt collection agency. We got in touch with Internetty and they helped us resolve it. I cannot recommend Internetty enough. Local support team easily contacted. Brilliant

My 24 month contract was coming to an end so I rang for details on the best deal going forward. Very helpful and talked me through all the options without any pressure selling.
Never had a problem with the service provided by this company.
I renewed on what I considered to be a good deal.
First class service. Highly recommended.

So far a phenomenal experience. Brady was first rate. He answered all my questions, was very thorough and had me up and running in only two days. I could not be happier. Never had such a positive experience with an Internet provider before, and I'm an Internet professional. First class!

By far the best experience with an ISP. Good value packages on the OFNL network, and the customer support is truly second to none. Brady has been very helpful on multiple occasions. I cannot recommend highly enougj

New sign up process was quick hassle free and appeared InternetTY were a great company.
Fast forward 6 months, 1 failed maintenance where the internet was off for 2-3 days, numerous outages with no explanation or compensation for loss of service and ignored customer complaints. Things are not always as they seem as a new customer. Tonight, I’ve spent 36 minutes trying to call them due to yet another outage only to hang up out of sheer frustration of receiving the same message every 15 seconds whilst I heard ‘please hold the line your call will be answered shortly’ I attempted to raise a support ticket only for InternetTY website not to be working neither. Absolutely sick to death of the unreliability of this provider. The website service checker displayed ‘no issues’ for the first 27 minutes until they finally updated it blaming OFNL as usual. Seems really strange none of these issues appeared when I was with my last OFNL provider yet for the last 6 months since being with InternetTY they appear to have been rife! And that’s not even getting into the whole InternetTY vs Sky Glass connection issues! Roll on September when I can leave to hopefully a more reliable provider instead of playing Russian roulette on whether we can watch TV of an evening and work from home!

I originally switched to Internetty from VFast and have generally been impressed. Their customer service is decent; when we had a mishap with our switch date, they owned the mistake immediately and fixed it. Even during hardware issues, their communication was clear and transparent. I value a company that is honest when things go wrong.
However, I’m dropping a star due to their inflexibility with existing customers. I started on a 200Mbps plan while waiting for OFNL to finish the 900Mbps infrastructure. Now that it’s live, I tried to upgrade, only to find that my current plan is cheaper for new users with shorter contract terms, and I was told upgrading to 900Mbps would cost me £12/month more than for a new customer.
It leaves a sour taste to feel like new business is prioritised over loyalty, especially since I’m trying to give them more money, not less. If not for this rigid "new customers only" pricing, I’d have happily stayed long-term. Instead, I’ll be reviewing my options when my contract is up.

Had conversations with Jamie and Brady since I chose Internetty for my mums broadband and home line in her new home. What amazing service they have both given me and been so patient. Would highly recommend and think their customer service is brilliant. Thank you both 👏

Customer service has been great. Fast, clean installation and totally friction-less house move with no Interruption of services. Literally plugged in equipment at new house and it worked instantly.
Internet service has been reliable and fast.

Brilliant experience from Internetty.
Took quite a while from signing up online to actually being connected but a lovely bloke came and installed the modem and router yesterday and it was all working fine.
My mistake I forgot about the long range booster outside! Couldn't connect it myself so called Internetty. Engineer arrived within an hour, couldnt make it connect to replaced it with their own tech at no extra charge.
Really impressed and would recommend to everyone.

I've been with Internetty for a few years after poor connections from bigger providers. As someone who works remotely, my livelihood depends on connectivity.
The only time I ever have problems is when the BT owned equipment that Internetty uses goes down.
99% of the time, I get fast reliable speeds which is a huge step up from previous providers who worked maybe 75% of the time.
I am moving soon and wish I could stay with Internetty but sadly thet do not provide in my new area.

My experience with Internetty has been pretty good. Moving from Openreach to OFNL was a tough call, and I was initially unsure which provider to choose. I went with Internetty because they offered a good broadband package at a reasonable price. It's been seven months, and I don't regret choosing them. The customer service team is reachable, and internet outages are often published in advance.

My experience with Internetty has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, their customer service has demonstrated a level of professionalism and efficiency that truly sets them apart. Their ticket-based support system works seamlessly, and every response I’ve received has been both prompt and highly informative. The team is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to resolving issues with care and expertise.
Any initial difficulties I encountered were ultimately due to an issue on my end, and the Internetty team guided me through the process with patience and clarity. Once resolved, my internet speed has been flawless — fast, stable, and entirely reliable.
I can confidently say that Internetty has exceeded my expectations in every respect. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I will gladly recommend them to others. It’s refreshing to deal with a provider that delivers both exceptional service and excellent performance which should be a given, but as we know, we don’t always get as a customer.
Due to being in a new build property, we are unfortunately restricted with OFNL providers. I carried out research for my needs which was the use of IPV6 for a smart home system. From the off, Internetty were very helpful. I am not one for leaving reviews, but will regularly use Trustpilot for my own research and re-assurance from others which I would like to pass on.

Joined internetty from another provider. Same speeds but WAY CHEAPER in price. (Not talking a couple of quid where talking 20/30 quid cheaper. In comparison for all there speeds)Hitting perfect speeds no matter what in doing in my house... No price hikers every year either is a bonus. What you see is what you get.
I had a quick question about something so sent a message on the portal - question was answered fast and professionaly in less then 5 hours.
Installing time - I was given a time frame and they turned up on time cleaned everything up. Gentleman who came was curtious. Everything was connected loaded up and was shown how to login to the router.. he made sure the speeds where what I was paying for (they where).
Since joining they had some downtime for maintenance (2am) updated every hour as to what was happing(via the website not a text) and you could see what they where doing to fix it and any issues. - rather then a automatic text and left guessing what's going on.
Also when I called about getting there package - they answered the phones very quickly and explained everything that was going on.
For the price I'm paying and speed I'm getting. I won't be going back. To another provider

We had InternetTY install a wifi wide service in our yard. They sent out an engineer to personally meet me and understand the requirements.
They supported us through the funding application, installation and hardware calibration.
The two phase project span over 3 weeks (Christmas in the middle) and the communication was clear, friendly and all topics were met with professionalism and in good time.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing is an issue, and we are receiving speeds of over 800mbps without the ground being dug up.
Fantastic service. 5 stars
