2 years of following up on a complaint.
They first person I was dealing with doesn’t respond to emails and until a second person intervened saying that he will be point of contact for my complaint and after 6 months of my time wasted, he advise that he can’t help. They never tell the trust always lying, telling customer what is not done.
After struggling for years to manage old debt created when closing a business.
My broker suggested United so as to address this debt that was not only a drain but it had eroded my credit rating. I can’t tell the relief I’ve felt to rid myself of the burden. I can now move forward. But it’s the peace of mind that’s returned that I value so much. Thank you.
