Item took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The colour isn’t exactly as shown on line. I know we live in a world where amazon deliver next day but seriously 2.5 weeks……

Delivery took three weeks and the item was broken. I’m awaiting my refund but was not refunded postage. The items were, however well wrapped and effort went into making them look presentable.

House of Flora were efficient and very helpful.When I thought I had an issue with a customs charge,they dealt with it at once and were very courteous, even though it was not their mistake. Great company to deal with.

Great

Great care was taken with my order, it was packaged perfectly and someone contacted me to show me what my item would look like/ask if it was okay as it was an item made of wood so each one is unique… would come back again 👍🏻

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologise the experience was not to our standard. Your items were part of a batch of deliveries that went missing on the RM system and they confirmed it was due to a "technical issue" and this is why it took that long.

Regarding refunding your delivery charge, your order was over £50 which took you over the free delivery threshold so you were not charged for delivery.

We hope you liked your other items.
