This company is a scam!!! I ordered a pair of Tom Ford glasses, paid and received a receipt via email on 24/4. When I now try to contact them they don't answer. Their chat function is a scam, you have to wait forever for a response. I have emailed them several times on the email address on the website and because I received the confirmation email but no response either.
It is not possible to get an answer to what is happening. SCAM!!!

Went into the store in Manchester as I had lost my little boys glasses case on a day out and just needed a replacement to keep his glasses from getting scratched.
The manager of the store gave me a complimentary replacement case and lens cleaner.
I honestly was blown away! In this day and age to get such lovely service really stands out.
I think it says a lot about the business and I will definitely come back here in the future

Unfortunately the glasses I ordered weren't actually available. After reaching out twice regarding order status, I was offered a quick solution and a similar pair of glasses, and all was sorted out with fast delivery. Ultimately, the value was excellent, but the experience was not straightforward.

The website is very good and allows good filtering option and virtual try on is a great feature. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is because the frame that I bought was only available in red and I preferred it in black.

Did not get my glasses returned to sender because no one here. Well we live in a secure property the delivery truck came on a Saturday every thing is locked unless u have a code. Either refund my glasses or during week day deliver them my husband works on this property if possible call.
