Under Armour Reviews 

Bought 2 tops for a gift but unfortunately they were not the thermal ones I should have ordered. I had taken the packaging off and recycled it. But after phoning the free phone customer service I was able to return it no problems and ordered the correct tops with the help of the customer service team. Free returns picked up from my house free of charge with UPS. Definitely recommend their gear and customer service.

I wasted my money buying their high rise bottoms. They are not high and keep on slipping off.
They were not cheap. Wont bother purchasing from them next, lost a customer

The worst company out there, the cloths are not that good, super expensive and the quality is not in pair of what they cost.
Besides that customer support is a big joke, the clowns at UPS joke around and the clowns at under armour are jokers.
UPS in my last order said 2 weeks to deliver and my order was traveling in spain from one town to another for days and the answer from the clowns at under armour was sending the tracking link, jokers order canceled right away and money back.
Everything bought with discount under armour does everything not to sell, or forcing us to cancel orders.
Like I said things in under armour are expensive and not that good.

Their workout clothes are very high quality, but could be a bit cheaper.

I ordered a few items from their website. After opening the package, I noticed that two T-shirts and one pair of leggings were missing. I reported the matter to the Customer Service Department, and to my surprise, I received a reply that the package contained all the things that I ordered. Lie! Fraud!
I wanted to return some of the items I ordered because of the wrong size, but I'm just afraid I won't get my money back.
After reading the opinions of other Trustpilot users (too late, unfortunately), I am convinced that they are making a lot of money by cheating their customers.
To all those who want to buy UA products, I recommend shopping in other stores. Don't make my mistake or you will lose your money.

I have made 3 purchases with them, 2 little hassle, 3rd one however I am still waiting 3 weeks after purchase due to a supposed issue with ups. Now if there is a backlog with ups then update your website instead of misleading customers. I contacted your customer support and to be honest there poor at best, they simply don't give a toss about when I get my order they say it's out of there hands and I can ask for a refund and cancel order if I want. What I want is for you to contact ups and get my order shipped I have spent over 500 euro with you in the last 2 months.

Ordered two hold-all bags whilst on sale and also managed to find a discount code so thought I’d got myself a bargain, got an email to confirm despatch about a week later along with a tracking number. Two weeks later no details when checking the tracking number. A couple of days later and got an email from PayPal to say I had a refund from Under Armour but absolutely no communication from Under Armour whatsoever. Went on the online chat and was told to contact customer service so sent them an email as the bags I had ordered have always been in stock, surprise surprise absolutely no response. After reading all the reviews on trustpilot cannot believe the shocking service from a premium brand.My guess is they just cancelled my order because I got such a good deal.

I ordered from them for the first time. I then read reviews on here and freaked out. My experience, however, was really positive so I'm glad I gave them a chance, particularly with the struggles businesses have faced with staff and shipping during covid and the brexit transition. My order arrived in good time (I'm in UK and it took maybe 5 days but who needs an emergency baseball cap?) and was exactly right size wise etc. I'm happy with it. Communication was also good and they replied to my email very quickly. Not sure why this business has such terrible reviews but I will order with them again so we will see but based on my experience I would recommend them.

Very satisfied 👍 Was a little nervous, cause I ordered two pairs of shorts and a tank top before I read the reviews on trustpilot and these are not very good. Buttttt I got my packet and the shorts are perfect though is the tank top, but it’s not my style (the tank top), so I had to turn it back. Again I was a little nervous, cause many wrote that they never got their money back… But I did actually as promised - 4 working days after I received the mail. Therefore 5 stars from me and I will surely buy at unteramour.eu again 👍

Agree with other reviews here and wish I’d read them before ordering! My goods never arrived and when I chased up, UA told me they had been returned to them but they had no idea why. They said they would refund me. 2 weeks later I contacted again to chase the refund and was told it has been processed. PayPal confirmed they had no refund from UA. So they’ve added lying to their general incompetence. Do not order from them!

Terrible terrible service. Ordered on the 2nd of January and still nothing and no refund which I have asked for on many occasions.
It has been a month absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves take your money then literally ignore you and fob you of. They tell you it's down to Brexit, it's been delayed it's on it's way which one is it? I dont think they know themselves. Just want money returned

Bad experience on customer service when order cancelled

Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Love Under Armour gear but customer service is a joke. I placed a large order after waiting for the stock to come in. Most was sent but one item was not. It will follow. Next thing I got an email saying the money was being refunded. No apology, but item not in stock. Two days after this, item once again available on website. Chatted to a customer service rep, who said, yup I would have to pay for delivery, even though their mistake it was not sent out with original order. Contact customer services, was given a code to cover postage. Tried it, not available on Rock Project items, which it was. emailed again explaining, but nope, not available on RP items. Not once did anyone apologise or seem to want to do anything to help. Having spent a fortune with this company, as their products are very good. This customer service attitude will see me spending elsewhere in the future.

Wanted to buy partner some gym gear for christmas and wanted to buy early to get the items and size needed, THEY HAVE NO EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS, TOLD ME ORDER IT CLOSER TO CHRISTMAS ! USELESS

love the clothing but one time my refund took too long to process after returning the items. its best to email them after dispatching the items and the refund process is quicker that way i found

They cancelled my priority order. Garbage company

I placed a order and 2 items showed up in order instead of one I called to cancel one and they said they cant cancel, it hasnt even been shipped. This is such BS I now have to wait for item to arrive then who knows how long before they receive item back. I have had several issues with the times not being received not sure why I bother purchasing from them ever again.

Absolute joke, seriously, first and last order i do here, "order will be proccessed and shipped the same day", 4 days later, still "Being processed"
