Practically theft. Still haven’t received item from order a month ago. I emailed two weeks ago to see when it would be shipped and they said another week and still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed seeking return and now I’m not hearing back at all from them. Scam company. Five star reviews seem suspect.

Ordered 2 heated gilets in January 2022, one as a present for my Mum (my Dad had not long passed away, & she was feeling really low). Items were never received.
Emailed numerous times chasing for the goods, it got to the Spring 22 & still no goods received. My emails chasing were ignored, but then I started getting harsher with my email wording & asking for a refund, so did get some responses promising a refund, but this has never been received, & it's been over a year now.....
This is clearly a SCAM run by thieving criminals - this website should be taken down IMMEDIATELY.
People are struggling to make ends meet, & this Company is clearly run by a bunch of lying stealing crooks.

Terrible company. I ordered items for my styling work amounting to £147 and they never arrived. After many attempts to get in touch to receive a refund for paying for absolutely nothing, I have heard no response. Awful company, I will be taking to small claims and they will be liable for fees. Ultamoden- maybe you’ll actually respond to this? Do I have to start a social media drag thorough to get an email back!?! Terrible company, please for your sake, avoid at all costs.
I ordered a jacket in December before Christmas, Have not received the item but my card was charged. Sent an email to inform. Received an email that the item will be on its way still have not received the item. Sent another email with no response. This business needs to stopped and who ever runs this business needs to be held accountable for this scam operation.
For anyone who is having trouble getting a refund and you used your bank credit card, contact the bank and ask for charge back. You will have to answer a few questions and you can show them the emails etc that you have sent. I got my money back this way. Cannot understand how this 'company' are still operating!

I ordered an item and never ever received it. It was for a trip to the snow, I payed extra to have it rush delivery, NEVER RECEIVED IT. THIS IS A SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
Like everyone else (except for the clear bots all saying the same thing at 5 stars), ordered something 19 days ago. Hasn’t shipped, no response from customer service. Wish I would have done a little more research before ordering.
Ordered an item in December and waited for delivery. Got to end of December and still had no item. Emailed and asked where it was and was told they couldn't send the item, so I asked for a refund. Received another email saying they were sending the item now. Waited and waited and no item delivered. Emailed again in January and was told I would be sent a refund in five days. Its now been three weeks and still no item or refund and no responses to any more emails!
This is a great time saver for me. I can trust the quality and enjoy the prices.

I ordered an M&M racing jacket. It came well after Christmas, and is nothing like the photos on the website. The product pictures show a faux leather with multiple patches. I got an orange polyester, costume like huge sized “jacket” that has pictures of patches. Outrageous and soooo disappointing
Bought a dress on sale thankfully it was cheap after 16 days it still wasn't shipped. I had to contact customer service 3 times for them to help me and QST they told me it will take an additional 5 to 9ndays to ship . I replied back with a complaint and they just didn't answer. So I contacted them again with a new email and they tell me they can no longer sell me my dress because it's no longer on sale which makes no sense. So then again I had to contact a separate time to cancel and refund my order hopefully it goes through. Terrible company and customer service

Basically have waited for over a year to get any response to my refund of an item they pretended wasn’t in stock.
Have never returned my last emails and previous to that would recievw the same email saying that the sales team will contact me!
