I bought a cat suit from them in may of 2021, after emailing back and forth not only did they not send the clothes, they did not give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company does not deserve a star. They are scamming us all. Purchased a blouse in December and as of this date 2/26/23 have not received my purchase. SCAM!!!!

They're always getting in new arrivals too so a great place to shop for all style needs!. The quality of the clothes is also excellent

I placed my ordered on Jan 2nd its February 25th and I've still never received anything from them ! I should have red the reviews before I placed the order with this fake company ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Paid for a jacket on the 18th ofJan and still haven’t received. Emailed them multiple times and only ever received a reply once.
Have now emailed them to inform them I’ll be raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back as the law states under consumer rights if we haven’t received an item we paid for then there is actions we can take.
Do not buy from this company.
They should be removed from the internet!

Came here to support my favorite shop. Clothing prices here are very affordable. I often buy clothes( especially jeans), and I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchase

I ordered 2 pairs of velvet leggings in January of 2022. I still havent received them or money back. I sent an email and finally got an email back 3 months later sayin Covid caused a delay. This is february of 2023 and I m still waiting. I have received no emails or anything.This is so rude.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I had the option! This fake company needs to be taken down so they can stop ripping us off!! 10th of December I ordered a jumpsuit. Never received it. I had sent them many emails and in January they replied saying I was going to be issued my refund, that is a lie!! No refund and no more contact from these disgusting people!

Ordered in November 2021 - cost £48.95. Despite numerous communications, no delivery and no refund.

If I could give no stars I would. I think this is a fake company I ordered trouser as present for Christmas and haven’t received anything. I emailed and they responded there was a delay and they will be resent this is after waiting 4 weeks. We are now in February 2023 still nothing the customer service is terrible. I have asked my bank to request my money back which is £40.

I ordered a black coat over a month ago every time I reach out they send me the same computer generated message I have yet to speak to anyone I have yet to have a interaction via email I have decided to just go ahead and file a claim on it through my bank at least I'll get my money back and they'll have to deal with the bank absolutely disgusting I hate people that do scams and things of that nature I will be blasting and dragging this company through the mud I have at least five social media pages hopefully somebody will listen and won't give them any business and run them out of business

Great job shipping still takes a few days longer than it should.
But everything else has been great.

I ordered a skirt on January 8th 2023. My order was supposed to arrive in 10-15 days. Today is February 1st 2023. I sent an email thru shop" to inquire when my order would arrive, I received an email stating another 8-10 days & the item hasn't been processed. This company has zero communication regarding delays, ship out time etc. When you check tracking there isn't any movement *processing *.
The way they can improve you ask? BE TRANSPARENT!
COMMUNICATE with customers. At this point I want my money back.
