Having read the reply, it is plainly clear that they are not a legitimate. It is not about the bracelet, it is about the monies that go to charity. STILL NO PROOF.
Correct i have not purchased from you, why should i pay for a Bracelet, when i can easily donate to legitimate charities to help the people of Ukraine. I am not that vain that i need a piece of jewellery to show i am supporting a charity. You must have history of a transaction to show how much you have giving to the mentioned charities . Also what percentage of the cost of the Bracelet goes to charity. Simple questions but still no answers.

Thinking of our supporters and the people in need at the same time is not a scam. People that have donated already received the unique and lovely bracelet that serves as a symbol of solidarity and guardianship and they are very satisfied with owning these bracelets.
Said all that, we would ask you to you leave us an honest/real review after you have experienced anything at all from us.

It took awhile but the purchase finally cleared customs. My purchase was better than expected and I hope my purchase has helped a little.

Please do support Ukraine even with this small amount of money. I'm a granny of three, and I do not want my country Latvia to lose its independence, I do not want to see my grandkids molested by those brutal invaders, like in Bucha, Ukraine. Ukraine is defending the whole of Europe right now, defending it with its blood and its bravery. Help as much as you can.

Charitable organization or a business?
UPD#2: TO ALL SUPPORTERS OF UKRAINE: Don't trust this business! They are lying about donations! After my complain they've deleted the charitable organization that I work with as a donor recipient since I can prove that their claims are false. All they do is sell overpriced bracelets and pocketing all profits. They are shamelessly exploiting the tragic situation in Ukraine!
UPD#1: my request (through their website) to provide information on third party collector platform is unanswered. Their claimed donations have not been confirmed.
I work with UnitedHelpUkraine (UnitedHelpUkraine.org). To the best of my knowledge there were no permission asked to use our logo on your website and no donation made to our non profit organization. No reports of your charitable activities/donations whatsoever. Unless proven otherwise you are a business that is preying on distressed Ukrainian people and their supporters and profiteering from the war.

We are working with third-party donation collector apps on our site, which are taking a percentage from every donation/sale, and then distributing it to mentioned charities on the site.
The donations are equally divided into four and then later on forwarded by the used services.
So, if in your records you can't find our name, it's because it goes through this collector services, which has better logistics to forward all donations to the mentioned charities.
Hopefully, we could answer any concerns you and your organization had.
We will continue with our new approach to raising funds for our mutual cause, and you will be in the recipients onwards as well.

What is really 'ringing the bell' is…
What is really 'ringing the bell' that no company's details were given to me in the reply down below. Also, there wasn't issued a VAT invoice besides charity can get back taxes. Neither emails from the company nor its website do give any idea about the entity that is manufacturing the products. The website SSL certificate was registered on 25/02/22 and valid only 3 months.
I do still agree that this company is a fake one, though even they replied to my review.

Needed informations are missing, fake Trustpilot value on site
There is no information about how much money goes to charity and how mouch moeny goes to pockets of the organisation.
Truspilot logo on the website is fake and show different value.
All the texts on the website seems to go around any concrete information. It seems very suspicious.
I'll try to get my money back, even it doesn't seem to be possible due to conditions on the website - next sign that this seems to be fake.
It's nice to have your goods delivered but... it mainly does matter where the money goes and for me this is very suspicious and unclear. No direct information in answers here only exceuses and empty promises.

If you are not a scam, why don't you publish your official contact and registration details? You pretend to provide legal terms of service and privacy policy, but you refer only to your website name instead of a legal entity in all these documents.
