No receipt, but refunded
Company ships package from China
Company sends NO receipt, NO invoice, nothing... by email and even with package. This is not normal bahaviour.
At the same time they want receipt or proof of purchase to have goods refunded
(See their policy)
I contacted them by email to refund my package as I don't trust this site
There's still no response to my mail request to return the goods.

When there's nothing to hide, you don't need to hide... I'm real person not robot :)
Maybe, rather than receiving bad evaluation and fighting it, it would be reasonable to explain why you absolutely intentionaly completely hide identity of the organisation. And why you put fake logos and ratings on your website:
1) There's no information on the website itself who is the company behind, the owner.
2) You don't send real documents - invoces/receipts with their side on document (as customer I received just order summary)
3) You use anonymization of the domain owner.

You were putting fake logo of trustpilot on the website with 5 green stars - you removed it some week ago. At that time you had only some 3.7 stars on Trustpilot.

Again, I'm not only one with complain... anybody can check that there's no transparency in your activity.
PS: You receive 5 stars just from people who don't care, who just receive package. Yes, it's the only message in such experiences.

Claiming that we don't provide receipts/invoices is a false statement. We have all relevant proof in our records that all these mentioned documents have been sent out to you twice.
We don't see the purpose of you creating new accounts just to leave more negative feedback on us when we always try to give back as much as we can to our supporters. However, we will accept your opinion the way it is.
We always want to make sure that we help our supporters as much as we can with any issue, this is why we have already sent a full refund to you even if it was against our company policy.
Claiming that our behavior is not normal is another false statement. We have company procedures that we are required to follow which you didn't meet.
We have sent a full refund back to you, and you can keep the bracelets as well. We want these bracelets to have a meaning behind them, not to be just another piece of jewelry.

A scam? Certainly not a proper charity. Where's their charity number?
A scam. Not a charity and only donating a portion (unspecified) of their profits (self-defined what is a cost) to real charities. There are plenty of real charities that didn't appear overnight and don't sell you tat for a 'donation'. Trustpilot should investigate ..their Facebook advertising says they are the top 4 charities on TP ...but they explain in their website that they donate a portion of their profits to charity ..real charities don't have profits and use all their money for their purpose. Why do trustpilot let them claim charitable status? They attack all negatives as 'the Kremlin' which is also odd.

I know that the Kremlin spends hundreds of millions on this kind of work because I live in a country where Kremlin trolls run rampant. Really nice idea, poor execution. No proof of making the donations. No company details or any type of proof that the donations are given, and what % is given. Try donating directly to the Ukrainian national bank. You can do it by card and it will go directly where it matters.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! They claim "Trustpilot" is a charity "rating organization". They claim a "large" portion of your purchase goes to the charity, yet they NEVER identify how much. They post graphics of major, reputable charities on their website, without those organizations express permission. If you want to donate to a charitable organization, check them out on a real charity rating website. Do not give them a dime!

The bracelet came in a pouch with a plastic bag inside unfortunately the blue bead on the bracelet was broke but the quality of the product is very good I will wear it very proudly since my nationality is Polish and Croation God Bless you all

Most probably a charity scam
Most probably a charity scam. There is no mention on the organisation/legal entity that help managing this charity work at all and deliberate hidding the WHOIS.
Unless you can show use what organisation or company is behind this with proper charity registration or showing us any third party endorsement (from organisation u donate) or any audit report of this cause from reputable firm. I will not believe in this.
