I have a subscription and I moved address, and updated my details but they keep sending my subscription to my old address! I complained the first time with no resolution and now they sent my last subscription again to the old address. I will now need go for a second month without my medication!

First time using UKMeds
First time using UKMeds. Medicine is showing as in stock and my order was approved very quickly on Tuesday morning, paid for next day delivery but it’s now Friday and order still hasn’t been dispensed.
I’ve emailed them with no response, if you try to phone it’s just a voicemail telling you to email them!! Won’t be using again!

I have used UK Meds for about two years…
I have used UK Meds for about two years now and my experience was great at the beginning but this has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 months. I have tried to contact them using their telephone, Live chat, review request and customer help email about my consultation and order many times in the last week. I made my consultation and placed order number #002583957 since 29 June 26. Even though I was able to make this order with a confirmation email sent to me, the website was reporting that I could not make the order because I made a similar order over a month ago. I sent a review request explaining that I was forced to order 5mg of my blood pressure medication in May because the website was out of stock of the 10mg version and I obviously used two 5mg capsules daily. Yet no one has looked at the request since Monday or acknowledge several support request made for over 5 days now. If you call the contact number, it tells you to use a Live chat which is not a live chat. Customer service does not respond within the time frame they published. Please can any one look at my #002583957 and the many review request and emails sent please. UK Meds Support ref (312019)

What is going on with UK Meds? They used to be so efficient but now my orders are sitting there in “review” for days and days at a time. They have taken away phone lines and emails they don’t reply to for 7 days+

Previously prescribed medication refused
My previously prescribed medication was suddenly refused. I think the pharmacist had not looked at my order history.
Been messaging and emailing constantly but no reply from customer service.
Life previous reviews, I am blocked from ordering for 21 days.
Live chat is switched off.
Be warned, all is good until you have a problem, then it's a very poor service.

Item not delivered. Yodel said it was and ducked the matter and referred me to inspace who referred me to the delivery group. Down a rabbit hole... not UK Meds direct fault but their choice of couriers is poor.

Peciously prescribed a medication now denied
Preciously prescribed a medication no problem. Tried to order same medication and had it denied as need a kidney function test apparently, issue is i can't get an appointment for one for weeks. Unable to discuss the situation with them. Tried to reorder to explain in the additional information, filled in all the info only to the get to checkout and it says I have to wait 48 days to reorder... so even if I got the kidney test I wouldn't be able to order and I'd have to stop the treatment that they originally prescribed?? How on earth does that make any sense!

Still no response from customer service via the "live chat" function- news flash it's not a live chat if nearly a week later there's no response. Yet they replied to this review within a day to say they can't find my details...these lot can't even put 2 and 2 together to find an email not sure they should be prescribing meds to anyone.
