Good range, poor delivery.

Very good range of items with good availability and decent prices. Unfortunately, the delivery aspect is the biggest let down, with many very poor experiences lately. The customer service isn't great, whilst the responses are often very quick, they do not actually answer the query or help.

Ordered a plastic pipe connector

Ordered a plastic pipe connector and discovered it was wrong, telephoned Customer Services 45min. later to cancel order,was told he would contact warehouse to stop.Got the part next day!Very quick despatch and delivery but carriage was tooo much £8.34 for a 32grm packet.Won't be using RS AGAIN!!
