I would have given a zero if that choice has been available. I bought the system. The first time I used it the roller head, it broke. I reached out for customer support. They asked me for some information which I provided and then they said they could send me two new heads. I thought OK that’s sweet. They’re trying to make it right. Instead, they end up charging me for both heads and now I have another bill that I do not want. I feel like I’ve been nickled and dimed. Evidently, I can’t get my money refunded. I can get a credit for whatcha am unsatisfied with. I mean if you can’t use the product, what good is it? I will definitely go back to Seranova. Their product worked, so disappointed!!!!!!!
