Purchased a ty-1100dd-1 and was given advice and help when discussing my requirements. They were all very helpful. Quick delivery by their own driver as i didn’t live too far away, the driver was very helpful and helped me get the machine into my front door.
Would strongly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic can not fault james who came he was a dream he helped get my machine into the house and helped take out the other machine for return. He took a picture to prove delivery gave me the receipt and told me any problems to ring up fantastic great customer service would definitely recommend

I was looking for a Which Best Buy sewing machine at a good price. To my delight I found one - a Janome 2200XT - at Tysew for only 2/3 of the full price as it was an ex demo model. I snapped it up and paid for express delivery. It arrived the next day (a Saturday) and I was so excited. But when I set it up, the feed dogs were stuck down and I couldn't figure out how to lift them. I called Tysew, not expecting anyone to answer as it was Saturday. But the sales team answered and immediately gave me the direct number for Don, their technical specialist. He also answered the phone, used my phone camera to figure out what had happened and explained how to fix it. It was fixed in 5 minutes - I just hadn't figured out which way to flick the switch! - and I have been happily sewing ever since. I couldn't be more delighted with the service or thrilled with my bargain. Full marks, Tysew!
