Badly managed placed, Coventry. Had tyre check booked at 1.30 today. Arrived and told wait 20 mins. After 25 mins asked how long, was told by the only person working that he's got more work to do as they made a mistake with someone else's car and I need to wait more longer. As I had to get back to work, I had to leave without check. Really they shouldn't do tyre checks if they don't have enough staff to deal with customers. Wasted time

Had a puncture, took it to local tyre pros shop. Told the tyre was run on flat and can’t be repaired - I pumped it up before went there so I argue the point. Then was told if the tyre is less than 3mm treads tyre can’t be repaired - but tyre measured 3.6mm so I asked what the issue was…anyway turns out they just wanted me to pay for £500 for a pair of tyres.

Regardless, the guys checking the tyre gave the guy at the counter wrong size, and at that point, it was the last straw.

So I sourced my own tyres and asked the shop if they can fit them - they said no. Then asked about wheel alignment, and was told it will be £350 per wheel!

Yeah rip off places, shops are located in East Barney and North Whetstone. So don’t ever step inside these shops, they will just try to clean you out.

The guys at Tyrepros in York have been looking after my cars for over 10 years. They will always look at things if I think something isn't right & if it's something small, fix it there and then. And they always smile, laugh & put me at ease when I admit to being someone who knows nothing about cars other than the basics! Something, which as a lone female driver doesn't always happen in garages. Recently my car failed it's MOT on a lot of things. Due to the cost of the repairs, it wasn't viable to have the work done. However, I just wanted to say how great Richard, Ryan & the rest of the team are ( sorry, I don't know all your names!) They gave me advice on what to do with my old car, places to look for a reasonably cheap new car, so I thought they deserved a 5* review. Hopefully I will see you soon with a new car!

Quoted £120 and charged £370. Did not even contact me about the cost before replacing the parts. Cowboys that I advise avoiding, untrustworthy and very expensive. Complained to their head office and basically got a “not bothered” response.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using tyre pros rochester for my car’s annual service, and i must say, it was nothing short of a complete letdown.
Manager gary Big thumbs down, i strongly advise to steer clear of tyre pros rochester to avoid the same disappointing experience i had.

Tyre Pros Tonbridge. I must thank them for their excellent service. I’ve used them before and they were really good. This time my car failed its MOT due to the breaking system. I didn’t know what to do, I called Tyre Pro. Ethan said they’d squeeze me in first thing to take a look. By 11:00am it was all done and I can represent my car at MOT centre next week. I can’t recommend Ethan and Tom and the team enough. Such a friendly, personal service. Thank you!

On Good Friday, we had a puncture on the A66 in a Tesla Model Y. Jason and Darren at Tyre Pros Darlington not only sourced three compatible tyres from their Middlesbrough warehouse, they got them driven over to Darlington and ensured that when we brought the car in four hours later (thanks to Bank Holiday traffic), the replacement tyre could be fitted immediately.

A great effort all round and a really nice team at the Darlington branch. Also a good price for what is an expensive tyre, so thank you everyone at Tyre Pros!

Fast and friendly service in Haslemere. Excellent value.

I can not praise Tyre Pros Bordon enough, in particular James. My tyre needed renewing but there was a problem with the locking nut which was damaged.
James tirelessly stayed on the phone sourcing me a new one, however when I arrived the next day he advised me that it needed welding because of further problems. Luckily it was remedied fairly quickly.
Such a hard working tyre garage and great customer service.

Pre-booked an MOT. Arrived on site and they couldn't do it as car too big for the ramp. Said they couldn't process a refund on site and I would need to phone head office. Head Office said that they could have done it if they'd wanted to.

Very friendly and helpful service from the entire team at the March PE15 location!
Had very competitive and low cost quoted for good tyres and my allignment. During the inspection they advised on a few minor issues and repaired these at again a very good price, I couldn't find anywhere any cheaper.
A very friendly bunch who all know exactly what they are doing in this particular location!

Horrendous customer service at Barnet branch EN5. Having called earlier in the day at 8.15am I was advised to return any time during the day with them closing at 6pm. I asked if I needed to book and specific time and was told no, anytime would be fine. I attended at 1710hrs and was told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn’t even check my tyre (slow puncture) in preparation to order a replacement tyre in for fitting the following day! Rude, nonchalant gentleman and £250 lost business as the smaller, independent fitter around the corner did the job that evening and at a cheaper price! Lesson learnt and I won’t be returning to the ‘Tyre Pros’ any time soon!

The contents of the glove compartment were left in the passenger footwell including a music cd that was wrecked

The worst customer service I have experienced in my 40 years of life! My booking at TyrePros Gillingham (ME7 1DE) was postponed twice due to the lack of free ramps in the workshop! Finally, I left the car at 10:00am and was supposed to pick it up at 12:00. When I came back at 12:30, the car was still parked in front of the garage and the shift manager mocked that they were very busy. When I said that they shouldn't have booked, he started shouting at me and swearing that I wouldn't use their services again... Worst customer service ever!
I advise you to avoid this workshop!!!

What's a great experience at the Lichfield branch of tyre pros.will use again in future and will recommend to family and friends

Had a slow flat appearing on my Kia Sorrento, so called around and found Tyre Pro. Decided the best thing would be to take the wheel off and take it down, to which the team there were brilliant, and was able to plug the leak. However, next day the tyre was flat again, not due to the plug but because we live in England and our roads are covered in debris, so I had another puncture within the space of 24 hours!
At this point I'd had enough so thought it easier to call around and get someone out on the drive to just replace the tyre, rather than mess about, but the schedules were weeks out, so I called Tyre Pro again to see if they could help, which I'm pleased to say they could! The issue I have is their pricing. I was initially given a quote for £203, which was £40 more than Kwik Fit or Black Circles, so I questioned it and he said he had gotten it wrong and it was £143, which is brilliant!
So I again, removed the tyre to help them out, drove it down there and went to pick it up, to be charged £185(!). That's more than the Kwik Fit were charging to change the tyre of my driveway.
If they'd charged the price they quoted I would have given them 5 stars.

I had a flat tyre, AA brough me to this shop and I couldn't recommend them higher, new tyre was put on in no time and very friendly and welcoming staff!- Josh

Booked car for MOT, they detected an issue and quoted me around £250 for repair. I agreed to repair. The next day they phoned to tell me the repair will be over £350; no apologies for misquoting, no explanation, nothing. Upon collecting (to take elsewhere to fix - and by the way, for even less that these have initially quoted), they told me that I need to rebook for MOT once car is repaired and that I would need to pay the fee again. They tried to scare me by stressing how few working days I have to get this arranged. Obviously I am not ever going back to those dudes. First and most certainly the last time i had any dealings with them.
