Excellent service today I was helped straight away after a nail had been embedded in one of the tyres to my car I was on my way to hospital with my son when the tyre pressure light lit up I went to the Lichfield garage and the tyre was mended and I was back in the road within 15 minutes

Popped round Tyre Pros Bordon to have a slow puncture fixed. They quickly took the wheel off and found the leak. Leak was coming from the rim, so they removed the old paint and debris to help with a better seal. All fixed and a small charge for their efforts. Totally recommend.

I went into the Hove Tyre Pro today as I had a screw in my tyre. It couldn't be repaired so I had to get a new one. Serena in the office and her colleague were very friendly, extremely helpful and the tyre was changed straight away. The price was also very good. The staff are a credit to the company.

Great customer service from Manager Emmitt Vincent and his team at STS Tyre Pros in Watton, Norfolk. My new exhaust from them about 8 weeks ago started making a louder noise. I returned this morning whereupon Mr Vincent quickly dealt with the issue. I will definitely happily go back to them again if and when required. Team always professional and welcoming. The air conditioned waiting room is a definite bonus too.

This morning I had the unfortunate pleasure of a puncture on a job vehicle out on the road and without a spare and needing the car back in the road quickly, I turned to TyrePros in Letchworth in Hertfordshire.
With the help of the RAC who I have to say were fantastic, turning up very quickly to get the wheels off for me.
I spoke to Michael the manager an TyrePros and although he was short staffed and busy he was able to get me a tyre and fit it within an hour of my initial phone call with him.
Michael and his staff went far and above what I would call normal service, he could of quite easily said “sorry I can’t help you today” but he didn’t and without his positive attitude and help I’d still be stuck and probably wouldn’t be back on the road until Monday at the earliest.
People like Michael need to be recognised as we in society are far too quick to criticise and to complain but don’t spend the time to say thank you and to give praise where praise is due.

Had a puncture repaired at the Holt Norfolk branch this week. Fast efficient and a reasonable price.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Highly recommended .

Tyre Pros Hove recommended by friend because they were really helpful and pleasant when she had a flat tyre and I have to agree. Ben was polite, checking all my tyres and resetting the onboard system without patronising me, a rare gift!

Basic service, triple the price in Aylesbury.
They just want to make you believe that the work is veri complicated, and based on that they overcharge as much as they want.
Just keep away, and always ask for second opinion. Don’t relay on what you hear from them.
I have learned my lesson hard way with them.

I came back to the Bromsgrove branch because I had a puncture repaired here last year, and received friendly and professional service.

Same again today; a recently acquired vehicle was making a grating sound, so they took a close look at it. Couldn’t find anything, but they’ve given me peace of mind. I will always use them.

Spoke on phone regarding four tyres for my ford Mondeo very helpful got great quote within the hour took car in and had all four tyres done and got a great honest price very friendly service and people will now always go there and spread the word happy days

I took my car in to a local branch as a tyre was losing pressure. I was told I needed a new one costing £160. I was not offered a repair.
I asked to see the problem with the tyre and was shown a tiny chip embedded in the rubber.
I took it elsewhere and they repaired it for £24.
Not impressed on any level.

Will never use Cheltenham branch again.

Arrived 10am to be told no slots for an hour due to walk ins.
So, there is no point in booking online with tyre pro.
They will take your money....upfront ...for a week and on the day will not honour the agreement.
No apology. Seems process of messing customers around that have booked a slot is normal business for tyre pro.

Went to another place who accomodated me as a walk in.

Thank you so much to the staff who went above and beyond to help my brother staying here from Australia, it turned out the hire car had 4 tyres in an unsafe condition. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

Awful company, went to tyre pros Chorley for a free wheel alignment check to see if my issue was the tracking, was told to leave the keys and come back about 15 mins later. Missed a call in the meantime and when we arrived back he said that’s the report it’s done how do you want to pay, I said it’s here for the free check and the technician says “you didn’t want it doing? I went ahead and did the work assuming you wanted it doing” to which I replied I didn’t he then asked for the keys back reversed the work he had done saying “so you have wasted my time” even though it was his mistake for assuming then proceeded to tell me that’s too dangerous to be on the road, if it was so bad why risk another human being for your mistake? Not only that the proper garage I took it to found out he had reversed the camber to over treble that it was before from 0.4 to 1.50. Car is also just the 1 axle that needed doing but wanted £70 for a full wheel alignment, went to pro tyres (different company) amazing staff very helpful sorted better than the original technicians final work and was £29+VAT

Badly managed placed, Coventry. Had tyre check booked at 1.30 today. Arrived and told wait 20 mins. After 25 mins asked how long, was told by the only person working that he's got more work to do as they made a mistake with someone else's car and I need to wait more longer. As I had to get back to work, I had to leave without check. Really they shouldn't do tyre checks if they don't have enough staff to deal with customers. Wasted time
